So , I had been taking whatever I had to relieve my pain , which consisted just my Valium and since my headaches had increased , my migraine meds . My pain level was a 10 when I went in there and that uncaring doctor sent me out of there with nothing at all just because of those drugs showing up in my urine oh and my adderall which I hadn't had in days ... I thought he treated me like a piece of crap - I believe the man hates himself and does pain management for the money only - it is evident in how he treats people and the fact that I've heard so many people say they are scared of him , that he is a tyrant who doesn't have an ounce of compassion .... a true caring doctor would have NEVER LET ME LEAVE THAT OFFICE -with a pain level of 10 with zero prescriptions .. sure , my blood pressure was low , because I had taken phenergan 50 mg twice during the night for nausea that I felt , I guess from the instant withdrawals .. I wouldn't recommend someone I disliked to go see him , with his attitude towards people , I don't know why he's in this business .. he should be a mortician .. he made me cry .. he was so mean and hateful .. I have a Medicare Supplemental Plan, and i truly believe they overcharge. I was told my knee braces wouldn't cost anything and am now being billed $2,206.95 each one, which my insurance payed $4,208.06, my part after being adjusted is $205.84; but, the lady told me she entered me in a "program", for lack of a better word, where I would not be charged. I have many more examples, but i will spare you. One more complaint is they are billing for a 30-39 minute office visit and i see them if im lucky for 15, but normally 10.​ A compliment i do have is for the exceptional check-in and the check-out staff. They are friendly without losing professionalism. I would not recommend.

Either wait or leave in pain and reschedule for another appointment that will surely have you waiting a long time to be seen. I rate it 1 star because 2 below 1 is not possible.

They are very accurate and know what they are doing. Customer service is ok, they are nice enough but sometimes I think they've had enough by how they talk to people.
