I tried them 3 times and don't understand how anyone gives them a five star rating. They came under new management and the office staff is so much better. But it's a great hassle to get images. There is no easy online link. You have to wait 30 minutes for a disc and pay $10? There tech is great. Appointments go smoothly, but the rest is horrible. No customer service. 6 attempts to contact office and 3 email requests and I finally got front desk who told me to go online and flatly hung up on me as I was explaining the problems. Someone called me back and left vm but it was garbled. Next MRI will be in NYC if I can't find a closer standup mri in NJ. read more

I was taking a patient to dynamic medical imaging and feel that this place needs people that take accountability for there business an hearing the way the owner talks to their employees she is terrible and needs anger management class and needs to get out of this business because nobody will stay long at that place if the boss is a narcissist and needs to respect the business when patients come to the place for care. If I was part owner of this place that boss that keeps yelling at employees I would fire her. The reviews I have. read are shocking on how the place is run but have to give credit to one person for always giving a 100% effort and really nice to deal with and setting up appointments and also in person when you check in and always is nice to Annmarie is the best person there and understands her job more than the owner cares about her employees. read more

DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. There is no follow through. They blatantly lie. They are completely disorganized and most of their staff members are rude and incompetant. I had to call 5 times to get my MRI report. Then they finally admitted that their technician had not uploaded all of the images to the radiologist. They promised me they would send my report to two of my doctors and failed to do so. Their service is beyond disappointing. They have utterly lost my trust. read more

I was able to get an appointment very quickly ! Arrived at the office which is very clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and my tech was amazing !! She informed me of everything that would happen and kept me informed of each test and how long it would be. I could see her the entire time and there's a big screen t.v to keep you occupied. As soon as the test was over I went to change and as soon as I was done she had a cd of the mri for me to take. Quick easy convenient. Just recommend them to someone and they had the same experience! Two days off and looks like I now have to take a third for a simple test. The doctor's office and insurance company need to coordinate with this company who maybe seemed unconcerned if they are wasting your time...they are being paid and want their boxes checked. Ask over and over if they have what they need before going. Be patient or you may lose your mind dealing with them. A little more compassion for people with medical issues, who know nothing about how these things work administratively and who need these tests would be in order. read more

Worse possible place to obtain an MRI unless you don't care that Dr Brownstein the head radiologist will take more than 10 days to issue a report despite calls from two specialist anxious to receive the report. I was in pain and had to wait and wait until Dr. brownstein was good and ready to issue the report. read more

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This is based SOLEY on the front desk staff. The tech was nice, pleasant, knowledgeable and patient... for that I feel bad that this review could effect her. The front desk team is as incompetent as you can get. I have called as well as my cousin, THREE separate occasions to make sure that there is no cage over the face. All 3 times we were told no, even confirming that it was for a brain scan as well... that was a LIE. Even with anxiety meds my cousin could not get her test done. She is claustrophobic and cannot feel locked in due to a past experience. Not only did we both take off work, but we had to drive an hour to get here. ...and a blame game?? Save it. I work where staff is fully trained and has zero contact with clients until they are fully aware or do not have an issue asking someone before responding to a client. Absolutely terrible. read more

Had to leave a comment after seeing the negative reviews. I was a bit apprehensive to visit after reading the reviews of them being slow but that was further from the truth in my experience. I went ten minutes early, filled out a single page paper with my information regarding the MRI I was about to do and waited about twenty minutes until I went in for my MRI. The technician was great, explained everything to me and was very professional as well as personable. Was in the machine for less than 20 minutes and it went by quickly. For the actual test and both Doreen and Naomi- 5 Stars. Professional,warm and empathetic. Zero stars for the self absorbed receptionist blasting Fox and Friends in the waiting room - while muttering her agreement with the propaganda- and from what I heard - I'm not the only one has complained. The standing open MRI is a godsend for us claustrophobics,by the way. Just change the vibe in the waiting room and the person on duty at 8 am. read more

I accompanied my girlfriend to this Open MRI Center. The wait was not too long. After filling out her paperwork they took her in. We waited about 10 more minutes in the second waiting room and then she was led in. I was able to accompany her in the MRI room. My girlfriend is claustrophobic so at first she panicked when she saw the MRI. It is only open in the front, and the sides are rather tight. Once she squeezed in all was better. There was a TV she could watch while the device was operating. We recommend that you ask for the bar with suction cups so you can rest your arms. Later on, her legs started hurting, being in the same position, so they let her stretch her leg out onto a large step stool. Overall, the staff was very helpful and accommodating. Where do I begin... This has to be by far the worst place I have ever been. The meat market of imaging. Had an appt at 6:15 was taken in at 9 pm. Receptionist left to hide from myself and the other 4 patients waiting 3+ hours. And if that couldnt be worse the tech gives me a mri cd with my name on it but not my mri. All in all I'd rather walk on nails then have this unprofessional meat market of imaging see me again. read more

This facility, although looks nice and clean puts no value to the the time of its clients. I called and made an appointment for a few X-rays. I showed up on time and I was there for 2 hours waiting in different stages! They had one technician who ran both the MRI tests and the Xray machine. I had to wait for a 40 minute MRI to finish to get xrays done (it took 5 minutes). Totally unacceptable. read more

I have not even made it into the office. 2x's they have cancelled my MRI due to the tech being sick. I'm sorry that he or she is sick. These appointments were a week apart. They only have ! tech. I'm sorry I'm in pain. My husband is the referring orthopedist and guess what. NEVER REFERR TO THEM AGAIN. This is no way to operate a medical facility. read more

This imaging center was recommended to me by a family member so naturally I went with their suggestion. Upon arrival, the assistant at the desk couldn't even be bothered to say hello, just stated "you need to sign in" while pointing at a clipboard. So I signed in and sat down. When I arrived, there was no one in the waiting are but me. Patients began to arrive after me and were taken in before me. When I asked why I hadn't been seen yet for over an hour, the same assistant told me that I did not sign in (which I had). I even showed her the spot where I signed in (they used the stickers that you take off with the patients information) I could still see the imprint of my name on the backing. they finally call be back after waiting another 20 minutes. When I go into the back, they tell me I have to drink a barium for my test and wait another HOUR before my test can be done. I spent almost 3 hours here with really bad service from the front desk staff. The tech performing the cat scan was really nice and helpful. I did call to complain about the wait and desk staff and never receive a call back. When I received my disc and report, the radiologist stated there were no findings on the scan. My doctor is very thorough and insisted on viewing the scan anyway. There was a large kidney stone on the scan that was not noted in the report. Needless to say, I would not recommend this imaging center. read more

I needed a film transferred to a disc, they charge $100.00. They were very nice and waved the fee !! Very pleasant staff.
