His workers that he claimed graduated from HVAC training school, did not know what they were doing. Charlie was not much better. He advertises himself as a licensed expert HVAC installer, but he did not know how to wire the Bosch system. He claimed it was a new model, and he had not installed it before. After we had no heat in the sub-freezing winter temperatures, he had to call the company for step-by-step instructions. The noise level of this system is unbearable and sounds like a wind tunnel. We have to increase the volume on the TV when the heat kicks on. In October he promised to install a noise reduction system in the attic (at my expense). It is now June and I am still waiting even though I have asked him numerous times when he is coming. He says we live too far away. Well, he shouldn't have taken the job if it was too far to travel to our property. The service has been terrible. At this point he will not even return my texts and calls to schedule the spring maintenance which was included in the price. Needless to say, I do not recommend this company for any HVAC work. Months later I found out he closed the business and moved out of state! How do these people sleep at night?

This was a 2 day project using the 1st day to remove the old system and seal ducts and day 2 to install and test the new system. They arrived on time with all the necessary parts and equipment to handle any potential problems. During the duct sealing process, it was determined that the existing duct structure had the equivalent of a 25.8 square hole. After sealing, this was reduced to the equivalent of a 2.3 square inch hole. IMPRESSIVE ! The new system was installed per plan and has been running well for over a month which includes one or two 90 degree days. It is so quiet that one can hardly hear it. He cleaned the furnace out and changed the filter. He then said the "heat exchanger is burnt out because it's purple" handed me a bill of $535 for the cleaning and left me without a working furnace/without heat when I have 3 kids. He said he'd call back once he spoke to his supervisor about what he can do about the furnace. I called the office 3 times over the next two days and they literally left me hanging. So in the end, they took $535 from me and never fixed the issue. I called pseg and they got my furnace working with minutes at no cost. Pseg said the drain tray needed emptying. That was it.
