Time will tell…read moreexactly how great it was, but at face value I was extremely impressed with Tony's punctuality, professionalism, and diligence. I heard from a neighbor he arrived 15-20 minutes early and when I arrived there he was in his truck already preparing the digital paperwork and getting ready to work. When we got inside he went straight to work and moved from room to room with confidence and purpose. Watching him multi task and thoroughly check every outlet, every door, every window, every appliance, etc was almost like watching a well choreographed ballet. When he was finished he walked me through everything he found and answered any questions I had. I found the price of the inspection to be very fair and the full report was emailed to me with details and pictures within a few hours. It was a pleasure doing business with Tony from A-pro and I would certainly recommend him for your inspection needs.

Recently, I noticed a small crack near where the garage door closes. When I called about it, the owner himself called me back personally, which I really appreciated. He sent out an employee, Ray Anderson, who was respectful, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in doing the job right. I wanted to write this review because good follow-through after the sale says a lot about a company. It would have been easy for them to brush off a small issue years after the original job, but instead they treated it seriously and professionally. I'll absolutely no use Garage Tactic again for any future projects, and I hope other customers get the same level of care and attention I did.

I would not recommend this company at all. They are unreliable and have no integrity. The owner,…read moreEddie, agreed to pick up some cages from another veterinary office that was closing and to install them in my veterinary practice. He came out and surveyed what had to be done and agreed on a price. I was very clear that the work had to be done after hours (nights or weekends) because it could not disrupt my business. I rented a storage locker to store the cages in because he said it would be a week before he could do it and he did not have room to store them in his warehouse. The seller had to have them out ASAP because the property was sold. Eddie told me it would not be any problem to get this done within 1 month and the work would take 2 days to complete. After multiple phone calls they finally picked up the cages from the clinic that was closing. Instead of taking them straight to storage, as agreed upon, they took them to the warehouse (without my knowledge). They then made another trip 3 days later to move them from the warehouse to my storage unit. They repeatedly made plans to come and install them and then did not show up. Eddie made excuse after excuse. After 2 months of me rearranging my plans to be available on a weekend and him not showing up his guys finally showed up at 12:00 pm one Saturday. An hour later they left saying they don't work past 1:00 pm on Saturdays! Eddie then admitted his guys really don't work on the weekends and he would schedule to do it after business hours during the week. I agreed to yet another date and, again, they did not show up or call. I had to pay for the storage unit 2 more months at this point. Realizing he was not going to get the work done, I found someone else to do the work and asked Eddie to return the storage locker key. He sent me a bill for $450 (he billed me for moving the cages twice!) and wrote on the invoice that he would not return the key until the invoice was paid! I can't speak for the quality of their work but can speak for the fact that they are not honest in their dealings and unreliable. Best to stay clear of this business.
