A second opinion by a licensed contractor contradicted most of Air Quality pictures were supposed…read moreto reveal. Mold levels were a small fraction of we were told. Mold levels were greatly exagerrated and some moisture issues were completely wrong. False positive readings of a moisture meter necessitated us taking down an entire wall that turned out to be bone dry. Pipes give moisture meters bad readings, Air Quality knew or should have known this. Our ductwork , according to the A/C, was the finest installation he'd ever seen. Air Quality led us to believe it was a toxic waste dump. DONT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. Facts : Mr Baranzani spent 4 hours in our house Mr Baranzani left us his business card Mr Branzani did not return our calls. Moisture meters do NOT detect mold. Moisture meters are inaccurate when walls have metal studs, nails, and wires. We were NOT advised of potential inaccuracies. We acted on his findings and needlessly spends hundreds of dollars demolishing a wall and now have to repair it. Mr Baranzani took dozens of pictures of his moisture meter readings in front of walls with metal pipes showing excessively high readings. Had we acted on his guesswork, we would be out thousands of dollars. The "possibility" of moisture is a worthless generalization. New Facts : 'Readings can vary" They didnt vary at the time of the inspection. This is what lawyers call " the appearance of impropriety"

Recently, I noticed a small crack near where the garage door closes. When I called about it, the owner himself called me back personally, which I really appreciated. He sent out an employee, Ray Anderson, who was respectful, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in doing the job right. I wanted to write this review because good follow-through after the sale says a lot about a company. It would have been easy for them to brush off a small issue years after the original job, but instead they treated it seriously and professionally. I'll absolutely no use Garage Tactic again for any future projects, and I hope other customers get the same level of care and attention I did.

There has been nothing but miscommunication between all of the employees. I was misled to have an install date the week of August 17. Now they're telling me I cannot have my cabinets installed until late September. I have three small children including an infant with no kitchen because I ripped it out at their Guidance. I'm asking since the boxes are ready to be installed why can't They start with that since the doors haven't been ordered until now. He will not give me a response. Final measurement of my kitchen was done on June 23 and it's typically supposed to take six weeks. Nobody wants to take accountability and I can't get straight answers as to how this happened. Or any accommodations whatsoever. Stay away from this company they are a disaster. This is what $50,000 in kitchen Cabinets gets you from them. Not to mention that they lost the stain color I picked, didn't order the specialty hinges or any of the specialty hardware until week nine after final measure. Had constant miscommunication about what I paid for versus what I didn't pay for. An absolute nightmare

The inspector missed many items, including burned, overloaded electrical receptacles, a broken refrigerator, a failed microwave, a dishwasher missing a sprayer arm, old toilet components, a broken light fixture, and a water filter system in the kitchen that was filled with sludge due to a lack of maintenance for at least a decade. Needless to say, the unidentified items cost a me a few thousand dollars to address. Although I paid for the inspection, I had the distinct feeling that the inspector was working for the Realtor, and not for me... Edit: I will add that I repeatedly attempted to contact Feldi in the weeks that followed, and left messages, but my calls were never returned.

I found a dead roach still sitting in the drain pan, which raised concerns that the cleaning I paid for had not actually been performed. When I contacted the company, instead of addressing my concerns or returning to inspect the work, they became defensive and eventually stopped responding. They have since publicly claimed my property had "health and cleanliness issues," a "roach problem," and even referenced "rat droppings" in my AC system. These statements are completely false. There was no roach infestation, no rat-dropping issue, and I never hired them for pest control services. They also claimed I expected a low-cost AC cleaning to remove all roaches from my home and that I threatened them with a bad review if they didn't. Neither of those things happened. My complaint has always been the same: I paid for an AC cleaning and found evidence that the cleaning had not been completed as represented. Rather than correct the issue, they chose to make inaccurate public statements about me and my property. I encourage potential customers to carefully read both sides, review the photos, and make their own determination
