It is almost impossible to speak to someone when you have questions. When you do finally get someone, it's often someone who does not know the answer. The responses to legitimate questions are often snarky and unhelpful. The staff is mostly teenagers who are unable to answer basic questions. Most are attentive to the students. Some are more interested in talking to each other while letting the children run wild without any instruction, but most of them are attentive. The cost seems pricey, but they are comparable to others. As they and RGA are the only games in town, options are limited.

It is enjoyable for the kids but definitely not in anyway educational or learning any sort of gymnastic skills. I know they are only 2 but I was expecting an actual class with skills being taught (rolls, jumps, just basic little things) not just free for all play time-definitely not worth the price but since we have already paid the enrollment fee and first month tuition we will finish out the month and go from there

But if you want to do gymnastics your child does have to quit a lot of other activities they do outside of school when they pass level 2/3 like I miss tons of important school games for our football team just for a practice so if your kid doesn't go to a lot of practices they will be very behind the teammates because the won't have all of their skills so recommend Roanoke instead of Pure.
