Donna is such an amazing teacher. I was at Cifax for a year before I relocated. She sparked my love for Yoga so much that I became an instructor. She has an extensive anatomy knowledge that she applies in each class and her alignment cues are great. She has a nice gentle, yet challenging vinyassa class. And offers a great Ashtanga improv class. Ashtanga is a nice combination between flow and the Bikram/ hot yoga. Don't let the driving distance veer you away! I adore Cifax Yoga! Love the inviting set up of the studio with a large window overlooking gorgeous mountains. So worth the drive!!! Classes range from gentle to challenging and Donna is great at providing alternative poses for both beginners and more advanced students, making the classes accessible to all. I had never done yoga until about year ago when a friend finally convinced me to go with her to this class. Donna was incredibly welcoming and charming right off the bat and helped me develop my poses as a beginner. The classes she provides offer a wide range of difficulty levels so that everyone can come to class wherever they are in their practice and feel comfortable.
