Absolutely terrible experience with Mi Pana Window Tinting…read more These guys were referred to me by Top Dog Mobile Detailing South, so I expected professional work and good customer service. Unfortunately, the quality of the work was shockingly bad and completely amateur. Immediately after the windshield tint was installed, there were two large bubbles in the film. They returned the same day to fix those bubbles, but that was only the beginning of the problems. Afterward, I noticed severe visual distortions throughout the windshield tint, distortion on the front passenger window, and even a small scratch on the windshield itself. The windshield became distracting and uncomfortable to look through while driving. The overall tint job looked rushed and unprofessional. I have had multiple vehicles tinted and ceramic coated over the years, and this was by far the worst money I have ever spent on any tinting or ceramic coating service. The workmanship was nowhere near professional quality. The windshield tint especially looked like an amateur installation rather than work done by an experienced company. When I contacted them about the distortions, I was told they would "go away in about a week" and that I should not park the car in the sun for at least four hours after installation. Nearly a week later, the distortions were still there, so I reached out again. Instead of taking responsibility, I was brushed off and told they had other appointments and would "get to it when they can." The following day I asked for an actual timeframe so I could make myself available, and without any notice they suddenly texted saying they were already a few minutes away from my house. I was over two hours away at work because no appointment or time had ever been scheduled. At that point the owner completely changed his attitude and started blaming me for their defective work. He falsely claimed I caused the problem by moving the vehicle too early and not following instructions. That is completely false, and I have video footage proving the car was never moved during the required period. Instead of standing behind their work, they chose to lie, deflect blame, and argue with the customer. To make matters worse, they then told me to personally remove all of the windshield tint myself, record a video of it, and only then would they consider giving me a refund. That is one of the most unprofessional responses I have ever received from a business. Mistakes can happen with any tint job. What matters is how a company handles those mistakes. Mi Pana Window Tinting showed poor workmanship, amateur installation quality, zero accountability, dishonesty, and extremely unprofessional customer service. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company if you value your vehicle or expect professional-quality work.

I purchased the lifetime Ceramic Coat service for my Mercedes S-Class at CeramicPro on 11/25/25,…read moreand have purposely waited a couple months to see if my disappointment with the service would subside. Let's start with the quote and pre-service inspection I had with Jarrett. He seemed nice enough, but when I specifically asked about the micro scratches in my clear coat and level of paint correction that would be done, he brought out his general manger, Asi, for further inspection. Asi, also seemed nice and very knowledgeable, said all of the paint would be corrected and I'd be left with a clear, mirror like finish. Finished the consultation with Jarrett and scheduled my car for service. I specifically remember asking if I ordered the absolute BEST that CeramicPro had to offer, was there any other service I was missing or any that would give me a better result. Jarrett assured me this was the case, I ordered the highest and most complete service they had to offer and with Asi's inspection he'd make sure it was perfect. Brought my car in a few days later and dropped it off to begin service. A few hours later, Jarrett called me and said (quote) "for an additional $400 we can do some additional paint correction that will really make your Black Metallic Paint POP." He said I NEEDED this to remove ALL the micro scratches in the clear coat. Jarrett said "I really don't know, I'm just going off what the techs in the shop are telling me." I was really dissatisfied at this point and said I just wanted my car back and wanted to cancel the service. He put me on hold and quickly came back on the line and said "we already started your car and no need to pick it up, we will go ahead and do the extra paint correction we're recommending at no charge." Went and picked it up the next day when it was done. While it was clean and did have a bit more shine, the micro scratches were obviously there. See pictures attached taken from my phone's camera. Note the DIRT that is still on the paint in between the vehicle emblems on the trunk lid. Asi was there and said wait two weeks for it to cure, don't wash it, and then come back and we can take a look. After the two weeks I came back in, they washed it, it looked descent, but it was obvious they didn't take the time necessary to do the required paint correction on the vertical surfaces of the car. Asi, Jarrett, and two techs were there all assuring me this is the best result, couldn't look any better, etc. Frankly, it was just a whole lot of coordinated excuses. At this point I realized I wasn't getting anywhere with 4 against 1 and figured that was it. I will say Asi and the two techs were very respectful (one reason I didn't keep pushing). I do feel completely lied to by Jarrett Warren as he said I was getting the best service possible. Then he tried to upsell me. When I called him out on it he said I'd get the extra paint correction included at no cost. Out the door, with tax, I paid $3,006.68. Oh and when Jarrett called me to tell me the car was ready he slipped in "make sure you bring cash or check, plastic carries a 3.5% transaction fee." At the end of the day, and what I've consistently felt over these last two months since my service, I WAY overpaid for a "premium" Ceramic Coat service but in reality only received "mediocre" at best. They don't take the time on the paint correction like they should, and certainly didn't do any extra correction as Jarrett said they would to really "make the car POP." My previous car was older, had more swirl marks in the paint, but came out with a mirror like, wet finish for literally less than half the cost. Unfortunately, I don't live near this shop anymore or I would have went back. Attaching some pictures of my car that were taken the evening of and day after I picked it up from service. Also attached 3 pictures I referenced of my previous car where you can see the reflection and what a "premium" job should look like.
