When the plate reader didn't read my plate, an employee came over and asked if I had a membership. When I said yes, he went to back to look at my plate. He came back and typed it wrong, I told him it was incorrect and he cut me off and asked for my phone number. I gave it to him and he started typing that wrong too. I said, no that isnt right. He turned and looked at me like he was ready to fight. I asked him why he was looking at me like that, he didn't answer, just huffed and puffed as he walked away. I went in to speak to the manager and the manager said it was busy and the guy was stressed. At this moment the guy walked inside and popped off at the mouth in front of his boss and tried to tell me to leave. I told the manager that this was exactly the time of stuff that costs places business. The manager blamed lack of staffing and the sun....the SUN for the problem. The guy with attitude is a short white dude with a ratty beard and little beady eyes. Beware of this little hot head. He seems like he is in a hurry to fight. Not sure what my car is going to look like but I'm not going to be back. Customers should be treated as friends not enemies. Update...the situation became significantly worse before I left. The owner saw my review before the car was finished, came outside and verbally assaulted, and physically threatened me. He was trying to get me to fight him, which I wouldn't. The guy is unstable and highly combative. I hope that one of the four people who witnessed it also posts. Nothing like being threatened by people you pay! He is bully. Don't be afraid of his size
