Always a good positive experience and great complete washes. Had a couple of questions for one of the managers recently and Janell was extremely helpful. read more

I thought everyone was very nice: Everything that was done was okay. That said, we emptied the middle console and glovebox hoping for a thorough cleaning. Perhaps we misunderstood? Overall, we would probably return if we had a better understanding of expectations. read more

The love bugs are everywhere here in SW Florida. We usually use Eager Beaver brushless car wash. The wait time wasn't bad and after my car went through the wash, Jannell was there with two cloths in her hands doing a great job of drying off my car. She took the time to get any remaining love bugs off my vehicle. I tipped her and told her that her hard work was appreciated. She told me she's been working there for 18 years! Great job and great service! read more

The best car wash in Venice !!! Manager is amazing, they do everything inside and out for an excellent price, and if you subscribe, you get as many washes as you like. read more

there was guy that took that payment and after we paid him $20 he accused us of not paying. we went into the office to look at the cameras and it showed that we paid but the funny thing is that he put the money in his pocket. So even after we all saw the evidence that we had paid, he still demanded that we didn't pay him. So we gave him an extra $20 and left. we will never be back here again. location= venice FLorida. read more

First, the area you have to walk through (the bay where they vacuum the cars) is full of soap, water and chemicals and is a lawsuit waiting to happen. The manager, Bob, is an absolute crazy, screaming maniac. He yelled and screamed at the top of his lungs at his employees. The assistant manager, Janelle, was an absolute delight. When I got into my car to leave, it wouldn't start. The manager, Bob, came over and was just awful the way he spoke to me and even worse to his employees. What a disgrace. A very vile man with no manners and certainly no people skills. I will post every review on every sight I can. Buyer beware, unless you enjoy being berated and watching a crazy man yell at his employees. There are a ton of car washes in the area, so I have plenty of others to choose from. They also did a terrible job on the windows. Bye Bye Beaver. read more

The wait is ridiculous to get the care cleaned inside I have been here forty five minutes and they have not touched my truck yet.

Nice, friendly staff but not consistent cleaning service. They say I can return car for missed spots within 24hrs but never have the time to do that. read more

Thank goodness a new car wash opened across the street. I pulled in and asked for the cheapest basic wash. The rude said $26. I said $26 is your cheapest wash, he said yes showing me an old price sheet. I left and will never go back. read more

So I'll begin by saying I have tried this car wash out a few times over the course of several years and over all I am just not thrilled with the quality of service. I have given them a few tries over the years to see if perhaps it was just a fluke day off but unfortunately I have to say the level of service has always been subpar. Details are always missed. the work is sloppy in my opinion. if I were to be completely honest at The cost of being overly time efficient they miss out on details that should not be over seen. Although the price is not bad it seems over priced when details are missed. I'm not getting what I actually should paid for. I rather wash and vacuum my own car For 25 bucks. If you are curious I have gone to these people for all levels of service over the years. even their priciest detail services and never rally ever been wowed by their service. in the past I have even had a terrible interaction with their manager. I am not sure if it's the same manager now or If there is new management in place. I would not recommend this place if you are the type of person that notices details. They will disappoint your expectations. read more

I love the fact that they cleaned the inside of the car the outside my car was spotless

I spent an extra $55 to have the seats cleaned on top of the $25 I paid to get my car cleaned inside and out. Unfortunately, it was clear they hadn't done a thorough job--seats seemed sprayed with air freshener rather than properly cleaned, the trunk wasn't touched despite my request, and the passenger side was ignored. I brought it back to have it fixed, but it still fell far short of what I would expect for an $80 service. The worker said it would take an hour and 15 minutes, but it was done in just 30 minutes. I was the only car there at the time, so I'm not sure why it was done so poorly. Won't be returning--definitely not worth the cost. read more

I visited this carwash because I had a coupon and itll be my last visit due to the unprofessionalism of the staff at this location. I asked about an employee if she was working? Right ftom the get go of paying, employee # 35511 , I think his name was Josh, told me she was fired several months ago for stealing . When I got up to put my car through the wash, the guy walked over and while my window was down, told a guy with a marine like hair cut that I was asking about the employee and he too told me she was fired. I owned my business as well as have been a corporate manager, as a business you just DONT talk about past employees like that. If someone calls for a reference you cant even say they were fired. All you can say is they are not rehireable. These employees need a lesson on HR and employment regulations. read more

Reasonable prices for inside and outside cleaning and waxing. Attention to detail and will put extra elbow grease if you see a spot that needs it. I've been going there for three years and I'll keep going there. read more

What happened? Too many changes in the wrong direction. Full service was $13.99, now $36. With a lot of new competitors, can't figure out what ownership is thinking. Staff has reduced at least 50%. The flow of the process is less streamlined. No longer enjoyable. read more

I highly recommend Eager Beaver car wash. I use them at least 2X per month. They do a great job on my interior and exterior. They have great customer service. Usually never leave a review but I just could not hold myself because of how disappointed I am:( payed a big amour of money to receive the same car as I presented to them. Observed them on their cleaning while I was awaiting with the rest of the people as well and definitely DO NOT recommend. Will not come back. Here are some examples. Photos could not even capture everything. I Requested inside and outside cleaning. Made payments. Nothing got touched inside. Received same thing back that I had before cleaning. Light. Window stains, Smaller trash pieces etc were All were not even touched. read more

I paid 42.00 for a car wash yesterday and my car is still dirty. The rims were covered in grease and there were places on my car that were not cleaned and I pointed it out and they told me it was paint and could t come off. I got home and got it off and cleaned my rims. Also the whole under bottom was filthy!!. I'm so disappointed with the result. The other Eager Beaver in Sarasota is so much better then this one on Venice. Don't waste your money!! Take to a drive through you would be better off!!!. I feel so ripped off. Won't be going back there again. I was also told by a friend of mine that a year ago his friend took his brand new Lexus to this car wash and they didn't put the car in park and there brand new car was totaled not to mention the other cars in front of them. So think about it before going to this establishment. read more

Worst car wash I've seen in years. Zero attention to detail, they leave dust, seat dirt, never wipe any parts of the car that would require more work, they wipe off basic areas and nothing else. Always making excuses how they can't clean this area or that area, just bad service. I have to tell them more than 5x after the car is done and point out the spots missed. Waste of money. read more

I've been going here for along time like maybe 4 years as a monthly customer. Janelle runs the place really well and they do an awesome job washing and vacuuming my car. I went once to another place and regretted it as they damaged my car. I've been here many times and not once has my car been damaged. They are quick, efficient and my car comes out sparkly every time. I'm never disappointed. read more

I have gone to eager beaver car wash many times. The quality of work is wonderful and the people working there r outstanding. Last week I met Janell Fox. I was with my boyfriend who is handicap. She immediately noticed he was having trouble trying to walk. She took it upon herself to make this as easy as possible She was so polite, helpful friendly caring Personable and did everything in her power to make our visit go well When the car was finished, it would've taken a lot of effort for my boyfriend to walk to the car she immediately noticed this and brought the car as close to the building as possible. She is such an asset to company An amazing person. Sue Hutchison read more

We wanted to get our vehicle washed this morning. We pulled in to drive area. We were taken care of immediately Janell Fox the Asst Manager greeted us. Always professional and willing to assist. At first our experience here was pleasant. The car wash was very busy, but staff was helpful and everything moved along pretty quickly. We drove out of the business and down the road to the grocery store and inspected the car more thoroughly after having paid $40 for the Ultimate Shine service. During our inspection we noticed dozens of dots of residue on the drivers side door. We had difficultly trying to wipe them off, so the first thing the following day we went back to try to ask for help removing them. A female employee inspected the dots and in a few seconds decided that the markings were baked into our cars clear coat and was unwilling to help us any further. This is a brand new vehicle and we assured her that this car was not purchased with these marks. Her response was to take it into a dealership. Her overall attitude was dismissive and unhelpful. She did not offer an attempt to correct the issue even though we had our receipt. We were able to finally get the marks off using goo gone indicating that the marks were not baked into the top coat, but as a result of their service. Overall very frustrating and disappointing experience. Would not return or recommend this facility to anyone. Included are before and after pictures of the residue that we found and then what the car looked like once we were able to remove the residue with Goo gone. read more

Thank God Eager Beaver Car Wash finally found an awesome manager. Since Janell Fox has come on the scene in Venice I know I am going to watch her keep everyone hopping, on their toes, and moving those cars out! She always takes such good care of me and I will be a loyal customer as long as she is there! I should have half the energy she has and she delivers with a beautiful smile - I'd hire her in a heartbeat! read more

Best car wash in Florida, great team that treats your car like their own....

4 stars! I was quite impressed by team work and attention to detail. Thanks everyone! I wish they had an umbrella out front because it did get quite hot with the sun beating down on you while you wait for your car. You can wait inside but it was a little crowded and I just didn't feel like being around people with the flu going around right now. I rolled up and didn't really know what I was doing since it was my first time coming here and I didn't see a list of options posted. The first guy I talked to wasn't that friendly and looked over it so I just told him whatever he thought was the best option- as long as my car is cleaned inside as well. He asked what fragrance I wanted but again I had no idea what the options were and he didn't tell me them when I asked. I just said whatever is the most pleasant. I think he went with no fragrance because I didn't smell anything when I got into my car. Not complaining though! Sometimes the smells can be too much and cause a headache. I would say it took about 45 mins, maybe an hour? I didn't mind because again, the team worked hard and I appreciated their efforts. I'd recommend coming here because unlike the automatic car washes, you have a team of people looking over your car. I'm tired of going to automatic car washes and leaving with streak marks. read more
