I got the third highest and wash and when I pulled in to the self service area, Nico offered to help me. I appreciate the offer but I'm not good at accepting help ( one of my character flaws). As I started wiping I noticed some stuff and asked him to come back. When I said, some things didn't look cleaned he explained to me why instead of just running me through again. I really appreciate this so that next time I know what to do - Use the stuff before you go thru the tunnel! It loosens up the bugs and the dirt so that they come off easier. Then he also took the time to show me the mat washing devices and how to blow them out properly. He took his time teaching me - which is the best help I want.

After vacuuming the car, a very professional and kind young man by the name of Rico came up and made sure we were good and asked if we had any questions. We had a few which he answered very professionally. What an amazing experience! We will definitely be coming back here. Funny thing, we found out that they are brother and sister. They recently upgraded their cash machine system, raised prices $2 or so but they offered THE BEST soaping and waxing ingredients. Your car surface received one of the deepest cleansing found in Sarasota. They also had a great staff! Ugh!
