I've been going to Dynamic Auto Customs for years for wraps and tinting. They did my Tesla a while back and it came out perfect, clean, smooth, and exactly what I wanted. Most recently I had my Audi Etron GT tinted and once again they did an amazing job. The guys here really know what they're doing and take great care of your car. Super professional, easy to work with, and the results always speak for themselves. Shoutout to the team at DAC, definitely recommend if you're looking to get quality work done on your car. read more

Recently I had my 2015 Tacoma front side windows tint replaced. When I ask for a quote, they replied quickly. Set up everything texting. Staff was very polite and knowledgeable. Tint on the window look great now they match the factory rear window tint. On top of it they had a discount going. It was a win win. While I was there, I ask them to give me a quote on replacing the rear fender protective film with the OEM film I had purchased. I was going to do it myself but soon realized I was over my head. The old film just crumbled away leaving a sticky mess. They removed the old film and installed the new. Now it looks just like when I bought it in 2015. I have had both my vehicles in their shop, and I have referred friends that were very happy with the tint job on their cars. It is a full-service shop. The next project I will see if they will ceramic coat my 2015 Tacoma. read more

I can't say enough about Marcus and the team at Dynamic Auto Custom. Marcus is an absolute genius when it comes to design. From the start, he had a clear vision and superior concepts that elevated my business to a whole new level. He kept me in the loop every step of the way, meeting with me personally and making sure I had complete confidence that his work would not only meet, but exceed my expectations. And exceed them he did! The graphics he created for my windows and vehicles are beyond amazing -- they showcase my business in ways I never even imagined. His ideas came to life bigger and better than I expected, and he even went the extra mile by providing detailed renderings at no charge. That kind of effort and generosity says everything about his character. When I walked into their service bay where all the installations take place, I was blown away. Eight brand new Teslas, super trucks, and exotic cars lined up, all receiving the same attention to detail. Right then I knew my business and vehicles were in the best possible hands. What stood out the most was Marcus's heart. Even after losing his dear grandmother, he never broke stride in providing incredible service. He stayed focused, dedicated, and continued delivering excellence through it all. That's not just professionalism -- that's passion and integrity. Great customer service and quality of work is phenomenal for sure taking my wife's car.

Great service! Everyone was friendly. Loved the quality and how my tint came out. Everything was fast and easy.

[edit] In response to the reply from the business: 1. Owner claims that I "did not receive less than what you paid" because the in-house tint I received was on the invoice. However, as shown in texts, my quote was CLEARLY for Lumar CTX. I even reiterated that, in person multiple times and even when picking up the car. In all instances I was told I recieved Lumar CTX. But according to the owner, it's my fault for not checking my invoice?? This place is absolutely a SCAM. 2. They tried to pressure us into signing an NDA, it was not just "presented" as they say. On top of that, they threaten to remove it if we did not sign. ------ I wasn't planning to leave a review because the entire experience with Dynamic left me drained from how difficult it was to hold them accountable. But after what happened, I feel it's important for others to know how this business operates. Customers deserve to be aware of the tactics used here, such as pressuring us into signing an NDA under threats of removing our already botched tint job if we didn't comply. No business that operates with honesty and accountability should ever have to silence its customers. Back in May, we messaged Edgar, recieved a quote for LLUMAR CTX/ATC (seen in texts). Three months later, after a windshield replacement, we returned and specifically requested the same CTX film we previously received. Instead to our surprise, when picking up the car we discovered Dynamic installed their "in-house" tint and then claimed that was what we had originally been quoted for. When we pointed out this was false, the owner insinuated we were trying to scam him. His female desk staff, while escalating the issue, even pulled up records showing we had, to our surprise and disappointment, received "in-house tint" during our first visit as well. This was very upsetting as we had written proof our quote from Edgar was for CTX and not their in-house tint (see image attached). The owner said he would talk with his staff and return with a solution next business day. When he called back, his "solution" was to come back and pay another $150 for the CTX install. We explained we had already paid for CTX and never received it. His response? That it would "cost him," that we couldn't just, "get it for free," and that he was "getting the SHIT end of the stick." Highly unprofessional. We kept re-iterating that we already PAID for this service, did not receive it, and therefore are still OWED this service. Rather than take accountability, he dismissed the mistakes with comments like "the past is the past," and tried to shift blame onto us for not "catching," their error sooner by looking at our invoice. He kept calling it a "miscommunication," even though we had been crystal clear, multiple times, that we wanted LLUMAR CTX, and had the written proof to back it up. After lots of wasted time and energy, being disrespected, going back and forth, and unprofessionalism displayed by all at dynamic, they reluctantly agreed to provide the CTX we had already paid for. But even then, the work was botched. The tint has a visible nick, the cut is very uneven, and the overall quality was poor (see attached photos). And the icing on the cake? They surprised us with an NDA to sign once we came to pick up the car, enforcing us to stay silent on our horrible experience (see attached photo of the NDA). When I stated I would never sign such a contract, they threatened to remove the tint. read more

My overall experience here was pretty good. All of the employees, especially the two girls up front were very nice and helpful. I got my tint done here about two weeks ago and have had no issues with warping or bubbling. I ended up getting 15% ceramic all around. Honestly, it looks a lot lighter than 15% and looks more like 35% which is the only issue I have. I wish I got the 5% ceramic instead because it looks very light for it being 15%. Other than that, great experience overall but might look into getting it redone to a darker tint. read more

Great service and quality tinting. The only down side is the location, there's no place to eat, or even a Starbucks to hang out and chill, an hour or so would have been ok but for almost 3 hours, wish I had brought something. Anyway, the receptionist was very pleasant and helpful, the guys did a great job and Tesla requires a little more attention because of the interference with the electronic if you're not careful so all and all, I highly recommend this place. read more

All around a poor experience. I saw the good reviews in Yelp and the location of this shop was convenient which is the reason why I chose them to perform the tint job on my new Dodge Challenger. However, the quality and service did not live up to the reviews I read prior to purchasing their services. I purchased a tint job for the windshield two windows and back windshield. They initially messed up my windshield tint so I had to come back the next day to pick up my car. Then after a week, I noticed the windshield had a few bubbles along with the back windshield that did not go away. So I took it back to them and they replaced the windshield tint (again, for the 3rd time). But they said that because the Challengers are unique and have big defrosters that they could not do anything about the back windshield. Whatever, all good, at least I got my tint finally complete. Fast forward 6 months later and then my driver window tint is starting to fold and peel back at the edge. So I take my car back for the 3rd time and ask to speak to the manager who gave me a ridiculously hard time about replacing the tint on the driver window - terrible customer service and offered no accountability for the poor quality of their product and service. No customer should have to go back to a tint shop 3 different times when the job should have been done correctly the first time. Overall, based on the quality of the product and the lack of customer service, I give Dynamic Auto Customs a 1 star. I have family members who received a better tint job for a fraction of the cost and only had to go 1 time at other shops. I went to this shop 3 different times and still got a mediocre tint job for a significant price. I would suggest browsing your options prior to purchasing this company's tint services. read more

Ty dynamic auto for the amazing tints. So everyone knows I looked at all the brands for tints and just like most I wanted 3m tints but make sure u do ur homework.
