[edit] In response to the reply from the business: 1. Owner claims that I "did not receive less than what you paid" because the in-house tint I received was on the invoice. However, as shown in texts, my quote was CLEARLY for Lumar CTX. I even reiterated that, in person multiple times and even when picking up the car. In all instances I was told I recieved Lumar CTX. But according to the owner, it's my fault for not checking my invoice?? This place is absolutely a SCAM. 2. They tried to pressure us into signing an NDA, it was not just "presented" as they say. On top of that, they threaten to remove it if we did not sign. ------ I wasn't planning to leave a review because the entire experience with Dynamic left me drained from how difficult it was to hold them accountable. But after what happened, I feel it's important for others to know how this business operates. Customers deserve to be aware of the tactics used here, such as pressuring us into signing an NDA under threats of removing our already botched tint job if we didn't comply. No business that operates with honesty and accountability should ever have to silence its customers. Back in May, we messaged Edgar, recieved a quote for LLUMAR CTX/ATC (seen in texts). Three months later, after a windshield replacement, we returned and specifically requested the same CTX film we previously received. Instead to our surprise, when picking up the car we discovered Dynamic installed their "in-house" tint and then claimed that was what we had originally been quoted for. When we pointed out this was false, the owner insinuated we were trying to scam him. His female desk staff, while escalating the issue, even pulled up records showing we had, to our surprise and disappointment, received "in-house tint" during our first visit as well. This was very upsetting as we had written proof our quote from Edgar was for CTX and not their in-house tint (see image attached). The owner said he would talk with his staff and return with a solution next business day. When he called back, his "solution" was to come back and pay another $150 for the CTX install. We explained we had already paid for CTX and never received it. His response? That it would "cost him," that we couldn't just, "get it for free," and that he was "getting the SHIT end of the stick." Highly unprofessional. We kept re-iterating that we already PAID for this service, did not receive it, and therefore are still OWED this service. Rather than take accountability, he dismissed the mistakes with comments like "the past is the past," and tried to shift blame onto us for not "catching," their error sooner by looking at our invoice. He kept calling it a "miscommunication," even though we had been crystal clear, multiple times, that we wanted LLUMAR CTX, and had the written proof to back it up. After lots of wasted time and energy, being disrespected, going back and forth, and unprofessionalism displayed by all at dynamic, they reluctantly agreed to provide the CTX we had already paid for. But even then, the work was botched. The tint has a visible nick, the cut is very uneven, and the overall quality was poor (see attached photos). And the icing on the cake? They surprised us with an NDA to sign once we came to pick up the car, enforcing us to stay silent on our horrible experience (see attached photo of the NDA). All around a poor experience. I saw the good reviews in Yelp and the location of this shop was convenient which is the reason why I chose them to perform the tint job on my new Dodge Challenger. However, the quality and service did not live up to the reviews I read prior to purchasing their services. I purchased a tint job for the windshield two windows and back windshield. They initially messed up my windshield tint so I had to come back the next day to pick up my car. Then after a week, I noticed the windshield had a few bubbles along with the back windshield that did not go away. So I took it back to them and they replaced the windshield tint (again, for the 3rd time). But they said that because the Challengers are unique and have big defrosters that they could not do anything about the back windshield. Whatever, all good, at least I got my tint finally complete. Fast forward 6 months later and then my driver window tint is starting to fold and peel back at the edge. So I take my car back for the 3rd time and ask to speak to the manager who gave me a ridiculously hard time about replacing the tint on the driver window - terrible customer service and offered no accountability for the poor quality of their product and service. No customer should have to go back to a tint shop 3 different times when the job should have been done correctly the first time. Overall, based on the quality of the product and the lack of customer service, I give Dynamic Auto Customs a 1 star. I have family members who received a better tint job for a fraction of the cost and only had to go 1 time at other shops. I went to this shop 3 different times and still got a mediocre tint job for a significant price. I would suggest browsing your options prior to purchasing this company's tint services. read more

Excellent customer service on my 2024 Tesla Model Y in Quicksilver. The staff were very responsive, transparent, and friendly. I had all of my windows tinted with LLUMAR IRX (windshield 50%, front doors 5%, rear door and hatch window 15%). I also had them install full front PPF with LLUMAR Platinum. The shop was professional, courteous, and used a high-quality tint brand. The installation on my panoramic roof glass was well done. However, I was disappointed to find that even with a top-grade film (AIR 80) , the heat blocking was minimal to non-existent. I don't blame the installer, but I do think they could have explained beforehand that roof glass -- even with the best tint -- won't stop much of the heat. make sure to ask about realistic results if you're looking for heat reduction. Waste of money ($450) which could have been saved if there was more transparency by the installer. read more
