I called him because I saw so many pleasant reviews but boy was I wrong, he and his crew absolutely ruined, our trees today I'm so upset!! I planted those with my grandsons, I'm sorry I'm getting very emotional about this, I'm new to Yelp and feel I needed to say something, I'm an older lady my husband usually took care of our orchard until he recently passed away, god bless him, so I needed help as I'm currently disabled due to a surgery. Dylan Dixon Tree Services butchered our trees and then left a huge mess in my yard and didn't finish the job, I tried to talk to him with all the noise but he yelled at me Dylan demanded that I pay him the $2,600 dollars or he was gonna sue me, he then got very agitated and just sped off, I'm a grandmother and a veteran on a fixed budget, I'm so confused I don't know what else to do?.. Dylan when you come back I hope you do to clean up the mess, talk to my grandson David he is helping me with this now. K read more

Dylan and his crew did a great job trimming several of our trees on Aug 31st. We have a large variety of specimens on our property ranging from huge Chinese Flame to mature olive trees. They took care of all that we asked for and the job was done in an efficient and professional manner. Also, appreciate the safety aspects they used and the after clean up. Dylan was understanding of our request to delay full trimming our mature Canary Island Palms as we had discovered barn owlets that wouldn't be leaving the nest for awhile and didn't want to disturb them. He was flexible, adjusted the original quote and will reschedule that trimming. Again, we are pleased with the job and will definitely continue to use Dylan and his crew in the future! read more

5 PLUS STARS for Dylan Dixon Tree Service. I was at a friends house & seen them trimming a ton of her trees. She kept going on & on about how polite, professional, hard working & clean they were. They cleaned out her pool, swept the deck & cleaned up every branch & leaf. As I watched them I was very impressed ... Seems these days it is so difficult to find younger people with a good work ethic. Months later I needed trees trimmed & phoned Dylan: he was 15 minutes early for the quote (unheard of these days!) price was great! The crew worked hard, super professional, did a fantastic job & cleaned up the yard, driveway & street. I will only use this company from this day forward! Thumbs up!! Thank you for outstanding tree service. read more

Dylan Dixon trimmed 5 of our trees today with his crew, and did a fabulous job. I would absolutely recommend them without any reservation. They were so professional, and took the time needed to trim them correctly, and beautifully. They cleaned EVERYTHING up, including branches that went over the fence. They were not disruptive, and extremely hard working, and got the job done very quickly. The estimate came in less than the others but you get EXCELLENT service. Dylan is responsive, and even notified me he was going to arrive just 15 minutes after his promised time. So, so impressed with this service, and with the people! If you are looking for someone to trim your trees, you can't go wrong here. read more

I was searching around for a company to remove an ugly stump in my front yard. I had contacted a few others prior to Dylan Dixon's Tree Service, but I wasn't satisfied with their prices or their customer service. I called Dylan Thursday evening. He returned my call the very next day and set up an appointment for Saturday morning and quoted me a fantastic price. The stump removal was so quick! The actual process took maybe 10 minutes. The guys were great and cleaned up the surrounding area. We asked that they leave a hole where the stump was so we could plant a palm tree. Dylan even gave us some advice on what to plant. Dylan Dixon Tree Services was fantastic. I will definitely use them in the future. read more

Courteous, professional, and on time is the way I would describe Dylan Dixon Tree Services. I wanted 4 mature queen palms removed from my property in preparation for a backyard project. Communication with Dylan was easy. I sent him photographs of the trees I wanted removed and he was able to quote me a price which was better than one of his competitors. The day prior to the service, Dylan communicated with me about the project and when his crew would be at my house. The morning of the job, his men were on time and completed the job in a timely manner. If you are in need of a tree removal service company than I highly recommend Dylan Dixon Tree Services. read more

Dylan and his team are ANIMALS! And I mean that in the best way! They completely removed and hauled away 3 huge palms, a giant bird of paradise, two smaller palms and a small cypress from my front yard in under 2 hours. Did I mention they beautifully trimmed the remaining palm and had their mess cleaned up fast? Crazy great prices too. Hire these guys! Update! Dylan did it again! I called him back to remove a big ugly pine from our backyard. It was in a tight spot but his crew got it out stump and all. Without damaging anything and it was super fast again. He gave me a great price again too. read more

The best "review" I can give is to say the first job Dylan did was so good that I hired him to work at my mother-in-law's house in Riverside. Great work, just like before, but I couldn't stay with them all day and I only asked Dylan to make it look right. I came back the next day and everything was great!! 7 palm trees removed safely with no collateral damage to existing hardscape or softscape and 6 other trees trimmed and everything cleaned up. I can't recommend Dylan Dixon and his crew any higher than 5 stars, or I would. Thanks read more

Dylan Dixon Tree Services is the very best. Right after talking to and meeting Dylan, it was obvious he takes great pride in his work. Dylan is very pleasant to work with. Dylan was right on time. He is very detail oriented, honest and professional. His work was clean, thorough, and exactly what I acted him to do. I absolutely loved the job he did for me. I could not be more pleased. Additionally, his work is most affordable I found. I cannot recommend Dylan enough. Choose Dylan and his tree and you will not be disappointed. read more

I requested an estimate, it took a few days for a callback which was okay with me. Dylan came out as agreed, gave us our estimate and we waited a few more days to get an appointment. The crew arrived as scheduled, trimmed our four trees perfectly, cleaned up nicely. One of the trees was in my enclosed tortoise side yard, they were very careful not to disturb her, and they also took care not to get anything in my neighbors yard. The price was right, and I would recommend this tree service! We are very happy. read more

I needed to trim my trees because they were blocking my solar panels. I called 5 businesses, two of which did not speak english. I received some outrageous bids. I even had one idiot ask me to send him photographs so he could do an estimate. Dylan showed up to my house when he said he would- that is huge for me- and gave me a reasonable quote. His crew showed up when they said they would and when they were done the trees were perfect. Well worth the money. I will call them again. Dan D Menifee ca read more

Dylan did excellent jobs to remove eleven trees for me. Some of them are really tall and big. I had four estimates, and Dylan gave me the best deal. He and his team came in with the best equipment I ever seen, very professional, job well done, and cleaned up nicely. I will definitely use him for all my tree services from now on, and there is no need to call other estimates. Appreciate the great services, also wish this honest energetic young man a bright future, he is working hard and deserves it. read more

After receiving an estimate, we right away wanted to know when they could take out one tree and stump and a leftover stump from a previously cut down tree. Once scheduled, they arrived and within half hour, had the whole tree down and in the wood chipper. Than all they had left to do was the stumps and they even chopped away most of the roots that had surfaced that were heading toward our house and the driveway. They all worked fast and efficiently. Very pleased and would recommend them to anyone. read more

It looks like Dylan went and cried to yelp and complained about my review that he's ''not state licensed'' and doesn't have workers compensation for his employees. Potential customers should be Informed Dylan, If you are insured and state licensed please post it for everyone to see. I almost made the wrong decision to hire you and I don't want anyone else to make the same mistake. Yelp moved my review to the ''Not recommended'' area. I thought Yelp wanted real honest reviews on here, kinda sad :( read more

I requested an estimate along with 4 others and chose to go with Dylan as they seemed fair priced! Dylan's crew came in and removed the tree and the stump along with another stump and trimming our palm trees. They came in and did the work without payment upfront, that is some trust! He provided me with pictures of the work and made this one less worry on my end. I now have my go to company for my palm tree trimmings! Thank you for the great work your crew did! We are very pleased! read more

Dylan Dixon Services is bar-none the best. Always prompt and finished on time. They are constant professionals. We have had Dylan and crew to our house to do multiple jobs and have always been extremely impressed with the results. The neighbors have always took notice of the beautifully trimmed trees and excellent workmanship of Dylan and the crew. I am constantly asked who does the trees for us. We highly recommend Dylan Dixon Tree Services, you will not be disappointed! read more

Dylan came out and gave me a fare price in writing for the removal of a large tree. He and his crew showed up exactly when he said they would. They quickly removed the tree and ground the stump like he said they would. They did a great job in cleaning up everything before leaving just like he said they would. It is so good to do business with someone who actually does what they say they will do. I would highly recommend Dylan to anyone needing trees removed. read more
