I was tired of the trees dropping needles all over the back yard, their shade killed the lawn etc. so I called DDTS and got a quote. It was competitive but they could get to it sooner than other company and once the decision to take out the 4 trees, I wanted them out. Dylan and his crew came back on the scheduled day and took the trees, ground the stumps, nipped some others around the yard, swept up and were done right on time. Good crew. read more

I called Dylan Dixon to remove four very large trees. Two large Alders over 30 feet tall that died and two large overgrown Brazilian Pepper trees. I also had him trim and thin out two olive trees and trim another large Alder. He arrived as promised with a great crew and they did a great job. They even removed some dead bushes I had in the yard. They cleaned up and hauled everything away too. I will have them come out again for sure in the fall to trim a few sycamore trees and palm trees. I would definitely recommend them to everyone! As a single mom they were al courteous and made me comfortable to do the work. Thank you Dylan and your crew! read more

I have already recommended Dylan and his crew, that is how happy I am with their services. I live on a few acres of land and needed some dead trees removed, others trimmed, and a couple cut back away from structures. I called Dylan on a Saturday after finding him on Yelp and not only did he pick up the phone but he was there two hours later to give me an estimate. He even offered less expensive alternatives to a few of my wants. When tree day came a few days later, the crew arrived on time and ready to go. A very polite and hard working set of guys. They are a well oiled machine and did everything asked, and more, and still finished early. Dylan also was a great source of information and for referrals on erosion control and grading services. I will definitely use Dylan and his crew again if I ever need it and continue to recommend him. read more

Great service, quick, and honest! Had them cut down a pine and trim the other, did a great job and was able to keep a little bit of the wood for bonfires. Very pleased with Dylan Dixon's Tree Service and would highly recommend them for your services read more

I wish I could have been like everyone else and write a 5 star review. I couldn't because Dylan never showed up to do the work. I called him after an hour of the scheduled time and left a voicemail, and then text him about 6 hours latter saying he could come the next day if that was possible and never got a response. Today is the 4th day after and still haven't heard anything. read more

This is a good crew. On budget, on time and friendly, respectful group of hard workers!! Highly recommend!

Dylan Dixon and crew did an awesome job on our backyard. We had a 30ft queen palm removed and 2 others trimmed. they also removed 10 pepper trees and a few bush stumps all for a very reasonable price. They did the job in a few hours and left the yard very clean. Highly recommended! read more

We called Dylan and his crew to trim our 2 Carrot Wood trees. We were very pleased with the quality of their work. Also, Dylan was courteous, prompt, and true businessman. These guys ROCK. VERY professional and GREAT price too. They arrived SAME DAY I called them and knocked out the job very quickly (they even took care of a small stump AT NO COST). I had a fairly large palm tree in my back yard and the roots were threatening the pool we're building. There is NO SIGN of the tree AT ALL anymore. They got the stump grinder in a very tight spot and grinded that thing down to NOTHING. Not only that, but Dylan is a man of his word. What a great person to work with. Great communication the whole time. I'm not sure why other Yelpers look to punish good reputable companies on here ESPECIALLY if they've never even used the service! HIRE THIS COMPANY .. you'll be happy you did. They are GOOD people!! read more

I love using this company. Dylan is so nice and professional and works with you to make you happy as a good company should. They have done 2 jobs for me and are about to do 2 more. I will always hire him for my tree service needs. Thanks Dylan and crew. read more

Called for a quote, didn't hear back from Dylan. Called again, said he would get right back. He did with a quote, said he could do the job that Thursday or if not the next Monday for sure. Told him to go ahead with the job. Dylan didn't show either day, didn't return my calls. WHAT A FLAKE! read more

Our first experience with Dylan and his crew was excellent. He returned my initial call quickly (same day and within an hour) and was able to schedule an appointment within a day for an estimate. Dylan arrived on time and provided us with an extremely fair estimate. Our appointment was 10 days later for multiple tree removals for both myself and neighbor. He and his crew showed up on time once again, removed all trees properly and quickly, and did a good job cleaning up. All up they removed four trees within an hour and a half along with clean up. Everyone was polite and friendly on the crew and did a great job. Overall a great experience and we have already asked Dylan to return for some tree trimming on other parts of our property. read more

Absolutely worth hiring these guys. I think it's amazing to see young adults take their experience from their parents company to do their own start up business. Kudos to you Dylan and employees for being successful. Can't wait to see how big the company expands in the years to come. The crew was experienced, professional, up to date with technology and the quick reasonable quote was exactly what I was looking for!!!! I highly recommend Dylans tree service company and will absolutely use again! read more

Dylan and his crew recently removed trees from my yard. They arrived early, systematically removed trees, stumps and cleaned my yard where it looked better than when they arrived. They packed up and were gone in amazing time. You guys rock! I like to do business by referral and Yelp is the best thing for that. read more

Excellent service! Dylan called me back within a few hours of leaving him a message, met me at my house 45 minutes later after our phone conversation and trimmed my trees all in the same day. I had called around for quotes to remove multiple palms. The prices from others were insane. Dylan charged me for 5 palms the cost other companies were charging me for 1 palm. He saved us so much money which helped greatly as we are on a budget. His team did a great job. They showed up as scheduled and on time. We just moved and he will be doing more tree removal for our new house. I definitely recommend Dylan Dixon Tree Services. read more

We called and set up an appointment for quote. Dylan didn't show, messaged us the next day apologizing. The Dylan Dixon Tree Service did a phenomenal job with our 5+ year over grown Chinese Elm. Well priced, quick service and knowledgable in what they do. Dylan was awesome to work with and it was enjoyable to hire a young and local entrepreneur to do this particular type of work. I would recommend Dylan to anyone in need of some tree cleaning! Awesome! I've used them twice now and have been very happy with Dylan and his crew. They are fast, careful, clean, and very competitive with pricing. Dylan is very responsive and easy to communicate with via phone or text. The first time they came out, they trimmed 6 very overgrown trees in less than 2 hours. A few weeks later, I needed to have another tree cut back before beginning pool construction in the backyard. Dylan and his crew came out within a few days of me contacting him, and they had the tree cut back in less than an hour. I am so glad to find an honest and reliable tree trimming service! Dylan can count me as a customer for a long time! read more

Just had two 20-30,foot palm trees cut down and removed with the stumps ground out. They also trimmed 6 other smaller palm trees. I have to say it was one of the best experiences ive had with a tree service. Ive used a few in The Murrieta area and dylans tree service has been the best. They went on time, did a great job and clean up was awesome. Im definitely gonna use them in the future read more

I had 5 palm trees that needed a trim. One of which was a 30 year old virgin... no joke- Massive tree that had been neglected for decades by previous owners. I honestly was worried if they would even be able to trim it because it was so bad... Well, they did it in record time. I was so blown away. True professionals. read more

If I could give them a negative review I would. I called them to trim my tree in the backyard. Dylan asked me to text him pictures of the tree. We agreed on a price and day they would come by. When they came they saw the tree and started climbing up the tree and cutting big branches down. I went to the bank to pull out the money to pay them and came back in 15 min. to the crew sitting and talking around their truck in front of my house. Dylan told me that his tree climber was too scared to climb up the tree and that they had to stop and would not be coming back. They left huge branches and debris all over my grass and yard. My yard is now wrecked and i have hours of work to do moving huge branches to the corner of my yard so that it doesn't kill my grass. Not to mention, I have to figure out how to get rid of all of the wood and now I have to hire someone else to clean up their mess. I don't understand why they couldn't have just said that they couldn't do it when they saw my tree before they started cutting. Don't waste your time or money dealing with these unexperienced kids. Very disappointing considering that I chose them after reading other good reviews on yelp. read more

Very well pleased! Came on time, worked diligently on a monster tree and cleaned up along the way. They were very professional yet personable and friendly. Already recommended them to my neighbor. Will highly recommend them to anybody looking at getting some tree work done. read more

These guys rock! If you need tree removal, trimming, etc. you want to call them. Great prices, quick efficient work and super friendly. They know what they're doing and do it really well. I had two trees removed and a large bush in addition to two trees topped and a large hedge trimmed. They also ground out stumps on all three removals. I can't be happier with the work! They even carry extra pipe in their truck in the event they hit a sprinkler line...and they did since mine were buried only about 4" deep. Dylan repaired the line immediately at no charge (of course) and did it right. Super, super crew! I have nothing but good to say about them. Thanks Dylan & crew! read more

I had a huge pine tree that need removal and because of Yelp positive reviews I called Dylan Dixon. He gave me what I considered a fair cost for the removal. Dylan and crew showed up on time the day of the removal and went right to work. It was an all day job on a very hot day. I was impressed by how concerned they were for each other's safety. A sprinkler was broken but they came back and fixed it. Between pine cones and needles they did a good job of clean up. read more

Unbelievable! Dylan and his crew are the best. Our huge oak tree came down in a wind storm and pinned the front driveway gate closed. We called Dylan. He and his crew were there early the next morning (on a Saturday no less). They had all the right equipment and all the right experience to handle the precarious and dangerous situation in no time. By early afternoon, I had a cleared gate, a ton of firewood, and mulch for the yard. I was so happy with their hard work and skill that I had them back the next week for a 2 acre property clearing day (a.k.a., tree-mageddon). After 12 trees, 16 stumps, and a metric ton of mulch from old wood piles, I knew I found the crew who could do ANYTHING. Supermen! I contrast that with clearing-day quotes I got from other tree crews earlier in the month. The other guys had tons of excuses why certain stumps couldn't be ground or why certain types of wood couldn't be chipped, etc. Dylan just got it done. Boom! None better. 5+ stars. read more

We had a Mexican Fan Palm tree in our backyard that needed to be removed and Dylan's crew was very professional with showing up on time for the appointment, removing the palm in a timely manner and cleaned up the area so there wasn't any leftover debris. read more

We closed on a new home a couple of weeks ago. From past experience, I noticed we had a sago palm in our backyard. They are poisonous to animals and we have a dog. I called Dylan and he answered the phone. I mention that because it's rare for a company to actually answer a phone these days. I explained our situation and urgency. Dylan was at my home within 3 hours. He and his employees removed the sago palm in less than minutes. There was no trace of their work or stump grinding left behind. He also trimmed my queen palm as a courtesy. In addition, Dylan and all of his employees were super friendly. I will be using them when needed in the future! read more

I had several eucalyptus , pine, and palm trees that where out of control. I called a few other company's before choosing Dylan. I didn't feel like I could trust the others the way I felt I could trust Dylan. He didn't disappoint. He and his crew where amazingly professional. They completed the job exactly when he said he would and the site was left as though he was ever there. I couldn't be happy with my choice. I've recommended him to several of my friends already. read more
