I cannot recommend Big Sandy Superstore. The ruined my yard, left their truck sliding down my hill and lied to me. I was okay when they said they would return Saturday Morning, but when i called after waiting all day and they lied and blamed all the local tow firms for being the problem I knew I cannot rely on them. Now it is Memorial Day weekend and they will not respond and since it does not bother them they are going to leave it here through the rain storms. Blaming others while dodging communication is the sign of a criminal. Three days later, these sad-sack loser clowns have done nothing to retrieve their abandoned vehicle. read more

As much as I love writing mean reviews I've always liked Dyers. It's a local appliance store in Grayson KY. I'd rather keep my money at home when I'm making a large purchase. I have to get a dryer today. My family has been dryerless for 3 days now and the idea of going to the laundromat is one my wife and mother-n-law can't fathom. Update. Redaction if you will... We bought a dryer and it has been great for 3 months so far. read more

We walked in to find about six people sitting around on the furniture they had for sale, and not a single one of them spoke to us. There was no "welcome in," "how can I help you?" or "what are you looking for?" Instead, they all sat there and stared at us as we walked around. I'm assuming that because we were younger looking couple, they didn't think we could possibly be buying furniture. This was foolish on their part because they could have made a sale that day. We left and decided to spend our money elsewhere.

The local furniture store that we purchased it from replaced the mattress, but after another year, the second mattress was broken down to the same point. At this point we contacted this company directly to simply tell them the situation with their mattresses, and they were very rude. We weren't even asking for a replacement, as we are tired of hauling this heavy mattress in and out of the house for replacements and installs, and will be purchasing another mattress from a different company. We were just calling to tell them that the mattresses we purchased only lasted about 18 months each. They tried to imply that it must have been our fault, that we must have had set it up incorrectly, and that we would have to jump through a lot of red-tape to ever be considered for any type of help. The furniture store owner had set up the bed himself with all appropriate supports, and he was also the one who replaced the first mattress with another one.
