On 08.15.2026 had a 9:30 am. Appointment for an oil change and mechanical service. When I made my appointment online, I selected the option to have transportation provided back to my home while my vehicle was being serviced. I had received this service before, so I was under the impression that it was still available.
When I arrived, I was approached by one of your employees, Tyler Monosa. I explained that I had an appointment and that I had selected the transportation option when scheduling online. His response and attitude toward me were very dismissive. He told me that he needed to speak with his manager.
The manager, David, then came to speak with me in the hallway. He explained that the transportation service is offered depending on mileage. I told him that if there are mileage restrictions or other limitations, that information should be clearly stated when customers make an appointment online. I also explained that I had received this service previously and asked him to please look at my account.
Instead of checking my account, he told me that he did not need to look at it because it was something they did not offer. The way he spoke to me was extremely rude and disrespectful. I felt as though he was treating me as if I did not know what I was talking about or as though I was being dishonest.
I repeatedly asked him to please look at my account and explain the situation. Instead, I was made to feel as though the situation was my responsibility. He also commented that an Uber would be expensive, despite the fact that I had selected transportation when making my appointment. I asked, "How is that my fault?"
At one point, another person came over and sat in a chair near us while appearing to be doing something on the computer. I felt uncomfortable with the situation, especially because even Mr. David asked him why he was there.
When I asked to speak with a manager, Mr. David told me that he was the manager. I then asked to speak with someone above him, but he told me there was nobody else available.
When I asked the person who had been helping me from the beginning for his name, he handed me his card in a manner that I felt was disrespectful and said, "I'm just doing my job."
My biggest concern is the way I was treated as a customer.
If the transportation service was unavailable because of mileage, the day of the week, or any other policy, I would have completely understood if someone had simply explained it you to me respectfully and professionally. Instead, I was repeatedly interrupted while trying to explain myself, and I felt that I was being talked down to.
I am a customer, and I deserve to be treated with respect and professionalism. I should never be made to feel as though I am not intelligent enough to understand what I am being told or as though I am being dishonest.
I do want to recognize Edgard Cancel, who was the one employee who showed genuine concern for how upset I was. He apologized for the situation and asked if there was anything he could do to help make my day better. I truly appreciated his kindness and professionalism. That is the type of customer service I believe every customer deserves from the beginning of an interaction.
Later, Mr. David came to tell me that my vehicle was finished and explained what had been done. He then showed me printed documentation indicating that the transportation service I selected online is available Monday through Friday but not on weekends.
At that point, I was willing to accept that perhaps I had misunderstood the availability and that I may have made a mistake when scheduling. However, what I could not understand was why I was initially told that the dealership does not offer the service, only to later be shown documentation explaining that the service is offered but is limited to certain days.
That felt contradictory, and the entire situation could have been handled very differently. A simple explanation and an apology for the misunderstanding would have been enough.
I have been a customer for approximately a year, and unfortunately, I have had issues with my experiences when bringing my vehicle in for service. After what happened today, I told my husband that I no longer feel comfortable bringing my vehicle to this location. That is extremely disappointing because I should be able to trust the dealership servicing my vehicle.
It is very upsetting that anyone would feel they have the right to speak to a customer in the manner in which I was spoken to today. I am not asking for special treatment. I am asking for basic respect, professionalism, courtesy, and proper customer service.
I respectfully ask that you please review what happened on that day. read more
