This staff at Dr. Dyer's office make this the most professionally run medical facility I've ever been to.

I am so glad I started going to this dental office. I thought I had been to good dentists in the past, but nothing compares to the care I have received here ! I have always been extremely nervous about going to the dentist. People laugh when I tell them I used to need "gas" just to get my teeth cleaned. I have now "graduated" from that and no longer need gas and some procedures I can get thru without it!! From the front desk staff to the dentist, the entire staff is great!! Don't put off taking care of your teeth because of fear!! Call them up, go in and talk to them, explain to them exactly what your fears and needs are. I promise you, you will not be sorry. They have the most up to date equipment and procedures available --- and they also offer a dental insurance plan, and accept Care Credit credit card. I am sure they take other credit cards, and probably actual cash! Whatever, do not be "afraid " of going to the dentist. They will put you at ease, no matter what your needs are. I have my own customized plan that works for me --- I know I need more than two cleanings a year for myself. So I started going quarterly, now I go three times a year. It works for me!! So much better for me --- and my teeth! Dr. Dyer and Dr. Kolath have both worked on my teeth -- either of them I would recommend --- as well as any other dentist they have working there -- because sometimes the two of them are so busy, that third dentist is the only one available, don't worry, they dentist is just as competent. Usually it is a recently graduated dentist, so you know they are up to date on the latest and greatest in the dental field. I just had an appointment yesterday -- had a crown that was ??? years old, it came off, they put it back on temporarily on Tuesday, with the understanding that as soon as they could get me in, I would need a new crown (it had a hole in it and was beginning to break apart) and at the same time I needed a new filling in another tooth. Got me in on Thursday - I was there from 1:30 till around 4:15 and they replaced my original crown, and determined that a crown would be my best bet for the other tooth (because of the amount of decay under and around the filling). So in that short time, Dr.Dyer and his assistant were able to get both permanent crowns made and on my teeth! And I was on my way! How many other dentists can do that? Oh, and not all that time was spent in the dental chair ---- for about an hour while my crowns were being made - I was in the massage chair!! Another great feature at this office - for when you have a longer procedure. My family (out of state) could not believe I was getting a chair massage while I was waiting for my crowns. They were amazed that I could get permanent crowns in one visit. I know why Dr. Dyer has been voted best dentist in Mesquite for years. I highly recommend this practice. I just hope no one has any plans for retirement or moving away from this practice! I don't want to move or drive farther to continue seeing them. read more

I live in California and I was planning a trip to Dallas, so I called me Mom to tell her where I was going to take her to eat. My Mom then explained, she couldn't eat Sushi because her teeth were in pain and she had a bad experience with a local 2 star dentist in Mesquite. So I after much research I found Dr. Dyer and set up an appointment for the Thursday I was landing in Dallas. I have to say, I wish I can give more stars. I have never experienced a Dentist who cares more about the patient than his pocketbook. Krystal made sure my Mom felt 100% at ease and I was so happy God put this Dentist in my Mom's path. They set her up for dentures and she cannot wait to have her new teeth soon. Every appointment is so positive and needless to say, I highly recommend Dr Dyer and his whole amazing staff. Wow! I'm sure that no one LOVES going to the dentist, but if you need a great one, Dr. Dyer is the man! I needed an appointment, like yesterday, and they were able to get me in with very little notice. The work that I needed to have done "should've" taken hours; it took two. And while I expected there to be some discomfort from having a crown, there was absolutely none! Best dentist I've ever been to, hands down! Great team, friendly smiles all around!! read more

I'm glad I switched from a big corporate dentist. Dr. Dyer was kind, professional and sat with me like a doctor is supposed to! He spoke with me, explained everything and is very personable. I don't get the feeling that I'm just a number here. Or that this dentist is trying to pad the books to fleece my insurance. He suggested reasonable procedures and I can afford his prices. They took my insurance and even helped with my family members that don't have insurance. They have payment options. He will stay my dentist. I'm tired of the corporate money grubbers. The minute I walked into Dr. Dyer DDS office I had the feeling that I belonged there. The staff are so friendly and never make mistakes with scheduling. And I can sincerely thank Dr. Dyer for helping me get past a very traumatic past experience that left me with a horrible anxiety and fear of Dentistry. He was so kind and he listened to everything I had to say and did everything possible to make me feel comfortable. I eventually was able to continue with my dental work without sedation and without having a panic attack and I owe it all to him. He has been so kind and so determined to get my Appliance to fit just perfectly for me and to do minor touch-ups when I'm there for other reasons. He just restored my confidence in dentistry and in Dentists. I never have to wait a long time for an appointment. And I never have to wait long to be seen at appointments. When I was a new patient there was a waiting period to be seen, but once I became a patient they always make sure to get me in in a timely manner. The entire office is full of happy, smiling and so very competent people. His entire office makes me feel like I'm in their home because the office decor is just so down home and unique with the Texas theme throughout. I wish I had gone to him years before my teeth needed so much work but he is diligent and determined to give me the best possible smile and teeth that make me feel comfortable and happy. I just tell everyone that I love Dr Dyer and his staff so much and I always say, 'God bless Dr Dyer' for helping me through such a very difficult time for me. I would recommend him to anybody.
