Nothing but trauma. The actual tax savings achieved through…read morethe property tax protest service were approximately 2% of the amount originally represented, while the fees charged for the service exceeded the resulting tax savings by more than 300%. Due to the poor return on investment and dissatisfaction with the service, I canceled my subscription the following year and independently filed my own property tax protest. Despite having canceled the service and submitting the protest myself, the company continues to assert that it performed the work and has repeatedly attempted to bill me for services that were neither requested nor authorized.

EXPERIENCED PRICE GOUGING!!!…read more Worst customer service ever! I have never been so mistreated before by so-called professionals! First of all, I ended up waiting over an hour to be seen by the tax preparer. Then she rushed me since her own family members were there to have their taxes done. She quoted me a price and I kindly let her know I would have to come back because the process can't be rushed. When I came back they stated that to file taxes it would be more than twice as much as what I was initially quoted! Management was absolutely no help at all! They were just in it for the money too! H & R Block does not and did not honor their standard of "Upfront Transparent Pricing." I don't recommend them at all. I plan to report them to the Better Business Bureau for price gouging!
