You can see the attached email. The CPA agreed to lower it to $2500 (not $2500 + $1275). So, it seems the billing system is inconsistent and confusing even for staff. 3- After finally seeing an itemized bill, I'm not comfortable speaking with your firm since you charge $130-198 for emails and phone calls.
