When I did finally talk to her she had me waiting 3 hours for her and she never showed. And she quick to say she has "buddies" that works at the IRS. My plan is to get her shit down soon so she doesn't talk advantage of other people and screw them over. This is unprofessional practice. I do NOT recommend her at all. I wish more people she f***d over, expose her. This is sad. I owe the IRS due to some mess she filed. And she never gives tax forms after she complete them. But as my salary grew and I bought a home things started to change and so did her knowledge. She kept stating she doesn't lie on taxes which is weird. When I gave her all my paperwork and soon as I started talking about being in a new tax bracket she got jumpy and defensive which was confusing to me. I am not sure if she suggesting I was too young to be making what I make or what. I went home and she emailed me how much I would get back. It was apparent that she did not enter in my information correct. I reached out to her to ask about it calmly and that is when she exploded and sent me a nasty email. I went to her to get my paperwork back and she came out with her hands up and frantically saying she did everything right... It was a very awkward situation. I believe she may have gotten caught up in someone else's mess and it jilted her. I have never and will never lie on my taxes and I have never asked her to do so. Its weird because I did not know how to take that statement. I now have a new person who is completely well versed with different tax situations and the tax laws. Good Riddins
