There was a sign that stated wait someone would be with you shortly (don't quote me on the exact verbiage), the young lady asked for my purpose of business. I told her and she gives me a number. I didn't wait long I didn't even have a chance to decide which review I needed to catch up on. :) At the window along with presenting my proper paperwork I asked how the personalized plates affect me renewing my registration. Try talking through a bullet proof window with being masked up :)) we talking loud as I was trying to make sure I was not double paying because I was waiting on my personalized plates. She explained: 1) There is no more grace period when it comes to renewing registration. ( remember we use to have 30 days) 2) I needed to pay the $76 today period or face getting a ticket (very politely I may add) 3) I would receive an email when my plates were ready and then I would need to indicate which Annex I wanted to pick them up at. 4) Upon picking them up, I would have to pay additional amount because their personalized AND that the $76 I paid would be subtracted from what the system generates. She does not know how much just bring my next born Gbaby :)))) J/K Upon exiting, I noticed their was a line waiting to get a number and be seated Ahhhh haaa my overall visit was less than 30 minutes. Yay me. I would like to acknowledge the armed security guard. He was hilariously entertaining with his interactions with the public. Parking was good today, for me I like to park far away from other cars I don't mind the walk. I don't want no body to be nic and nixing my Ebony, also good heart health exercise.
