We used Huff to sell our home. The service we received was horrible. According to the agreement we…read morehad with Huff they were suppose to call us each time someone would be going in our home. We were not staying at our home for a short time. Huff was notified and our agent encouraged us not to be home so the house would be ready to show on a moments notice. During our vacation we got a call from the agent telling us that the buyers agent, took the buyers into our home (without telling anyone) and they left our gas fireplace on for 5 days! Our home could have burnt down. No one seemed to care and we were told that we "abandoned our home" so it was our problem. When we put in calls to Susan Huff she nor one of her staff returned our phone calls. We were left with a hefty gas bill and thankfully our home didn't burn down. Our listing agent also had the wrong information posted on our listing; it took a long time to get the information corrected. The pictures that the listing agent took were uploaded to the site and were pixelated!! She didn't know how to fix the file from thumbs to make the pictures high res. We (THE SELLERS) had to RETAKE all of the pictures and have her post our high res photos. This was the worst experience in selling a home with a agent. I highly recommend finding a different company to sell your home with. This wasn't worth the expensive percentage they collect, especially on an agent who I feel didn't do much, but collect a paycheck. I will never recommend anyone to HUFF. Spend your money on a company who cares about home selling and not about getting their paycheck.

They specialize in serving the western and north-western areas of Cincinnati, and they're expertise shows! I used them to buy and sell my first house and buy the second, as well. When selling the first we worked with two other realtors before coming back to Hoeting. I always feel like the realtors at Hoeting make a point of creating a personal relationship with their clients. I never felt like a commission, or a number in a spreadsheet, like I did with the other realtors we dealt with. I've also noticed that Hoeting is really gung-ho about open houses. During the winter, most realtors stop doing open houses, but not Hoeting. They'll keep working on selling your house, no matter what the season. When it came to buying a house, our realtor took the time to understand exactly what we wanted. Here's a tip, trust your realtor to find good houses. Every time we brought a house to her, it turned out to be a disastrous fit. She knew what we wanted better than we did! One issue I had with Hoeting is that their communication setup is not very streamlined. Larger realtors have a central staff that deals with booking showings and open houses. This made it really easy to deal with setting up showings and knowing exactly what's happening. With Hoeting, I would have to call my realtor directly and she would pass the info along to the necessary people. On the one hand, that's personal service, but on the other, she wasn't always available right when I needed her. With that said, there were times when we had to schedule meetings at odd hours and she was always willing to bend over backwards to make it work for us. Including coming to our house at 9:30pm to answer our questions about an addendum! That flexibility was a life-saver! I think you'll be very pleased with Hoeting Realtors, and tell Tina Rieder I said "Hello!"
