A few issues that can impede the experience though: First off, her verbal English is so fractured (a STRONG German accent that leaves you reeling), you are left many times, trying to decipher what is said. Secondly, after approximately 5 days of consistent communication, I hear nothing back after I sent a list of homes I picked that I wanted to tour. After many hours of no response, I call and ask about touring homes, because I wanted to buy one before they disappear. She replies she sent me a verification message (NOT, there was no message) and then, she states she has a baby to care for. OK, that's nice - but that has nothing to do with my mission of purchasing a home. Why didn't she just state that upon the onset days prior - instead of wasting my time? I don't know... Another issue is she only knows the "Hyde Park" area of Cincinnati. Great if you want to live in Hyde Park! But, Cincinnati is a huge metropolis of close to 300,000 people and there is much more to Cincinnati than the small fraction known as Hyde Park. Apparently, I think, she is a "part-time" real estate agent in a sheltered "park-world" that does this as a hobby or a sideline to aid in her life when it's convenient for her in between changing diapers and motherhood. Again, great for her and other mother's regarding this same occupation. However, I need a house and an agent that is there for the money: Realize, they get upwards to 7% of the sale! She tried and gets an A for effort. I instead, found another Sibcy Cline agent that knows more about the entire Cincinnati realm and speaks very good English as well.

Only one item was ever addressed by the builder, and by mid‑2023 I consulted multiple attorneys. Two declined, citing no leverage because the closing lacked contingencies. I eventually hired a litigator, and while I settled for partial reimbursement, I'm still out-of-pocket for unfinished items and legal fees.
