This is beyond disappointing…read more We ordered a cart it is even painted a custom color to match our truck. Communication up front was great and then ghosted us. We have texted and called and nothing. We even called from different numbers, had a previous customer who recommended him call him and nothing. Now our custom cart happens to be for sale. Do not buy from this company. Poor customer service. Will be reporting to the BBB (better business bureau)!!!

I will start with the positives: the people that I engaged with, with one notable exception, were…read morevery nice. The carts that they sell look great as well. I bought a new EZ-Go cart, and it looked great with all of the extras on it. After almost two months, I had a problem with the battery, and noticed that the hour gauge had never changed. When I called, I was told that they could take the cart and check the battery, or, I could take the battery to a place to check it. I did the latter, and they said it was dead. Rather than just replace the battery, they needed to have it inside at their shop in Augusta, where they would check said dead battery, which was...dead. They deliver, according to them, once a week. I was out of town at a meeting when I got a call informing me that the cart, not two months old, had been stolen off their lot. I went to the police department when I realized that I had put an Air Tag on it, hidden underneath. I also had an air tag on the key chain. A friend of mine that used to be in law enforcement and I went around parts of GA looking for it based on Craigslist postings, along with my serial number in hand. Never found it since the Air Tag on the cart was no longer on it, but the one with the key, to this day, is still alive. We checked that location, and another stolen cart was found. What I'm most upset about is that the easy way the cart was stolen. They left the key in the cup holder in the cart. I have the video, and the guy stealing it clearly knew where to go. The owner was not very nice. Said he'd drop a new cart off but he was washing his hands of me. Wait...it was stolen from your lot! What the heck did I do? Thankfully, EZ-GO arranged for a full refund. I don't wish these folks any bad karma, but you don't blame the customer, who was out of town, for something that happened on your watch. That was my experience. My only suggestion is to ask to see where they bring it and how they secure it if it goes to Augusta. Had I known the key was there (it was a unique key), in hindsight, I wouldn't have allowed that. Easily preventable.

Rude owner with a smart mouth. Asked price of merchandise and was told one thing and agreed to…read morepurchase. Loaded items and went in to pay and price was $100 higher. When asked why the price was different owner stated he never told me the price was lower despite witness being right there. Needless to say items were not paid for and left on the curb for him to retrieve. Went to Mr. Golf Carts in Waynesboro and saved $145. Very poor way of doing business.
