Absolutely Horrible. Don't believe me? Check out their Google Reviews, and see for yourself…read more If you have a home warranty, and an item covered by your home warranty breaks or needs to be replaced due to "Normal Wear and Tear", do not let these people convince you that you have to pay for various items and parts associated with replacing the item. That's a lie, it's fraudulent, and your home warranty covers the entire cost. It's just a sneaky attempt by them to pocket some money by people who don't know any better. Again, if you don't believe me, simply check out their Google Reviews.

This was my first time using this repair service (through a home warranty claim), and I was very…read morepleased that they had an initial inspection scheduled within a few days of making the claim. Before leaving, the technician was great about explaining what was OK and what would need replaced, which I appreciated. Due to it being a home warranty claim, there was a delay in the repair time-frame as they needed to write a report to the warranty company before they could start work. However, by the next week I had a scheduled appointment which was sooner than I expected with having to go through home warranty red-tape. The technician that came out was very polite, and did a very professional job removing the old equipment and installing the new. He also left the area clean after he was done. Another big plus was the courteousness of the office administrator that was interfacing me via phone to set the appointments. I probably took up way too much of her time asking questions on how the home warranty process worked, but she was more than happy to help answer any questions I had. Overall great experience with this company's service, and I will definitely keep them in mind for any future repairs.

He came at the appointed time and diagnosed the problem (I was not there; my tenant was.) He called me later that day to discuss it with me. Since it would be an expensive repair for an inexpensive, older unit, he suggested I buy one rather than have him (or anyone else) fix it. He also explained carefully what was wrong. He was always very pleasant and professional. It's hard to find a workman who communicates so well and so quickly! I can't imagine how any experience with a repairman could have been better, especially in this post-COVID world. I will be hiring him any time I need help with an appliance!
