She then modified her day's work schedule and made arrangements to meet me immediately at a location near my home.   Ms. Fowler showed assiduous attention to detail when reviewing my documents.  Yet she also made the process quick and easy -- I was off and on my way before I even knew it. I believe that Ms. Fowler exemplifies the values she lists on her website: "respect, reliability & confidentiality."  I would cheerfully recommend her to a friend, colleague or family member who needed a speedy and professional notary public.

They did not even bother to inspect the interior or exterior of the house to properly assess the situation. Furthermore, despite my explicit questions, the technician failed to provide any clear explanation of the next steps or how these bait boxes should be managed moving forward. I was left with no instruction or information regarding the follow-up plan. As a paying customer, I find this lack of professionalism and poor communication completely unacceptable. I expected a thorough service and proper guidance, neither of which was provided.

Large amounts of mulch were dumped on two beds, rather than being distributed over the many beds available. Today I tried to use the Rocky Mount location and was terribly disappointed. There is very little parking so I had to park about a block away at the Farmer's Market. According to Verizon Wireless, the time was 5:58 - two minutes prior to closing. Yet, when I knocked on the door to get the attention of the clerk, he looked up at me and then signaled he would not open the door. So much for customer service! I will look for a new dry cleaner!
