Dalia is a robber and a cheat. I paid her $2500 for scalp pigmentation. The fee covered 2 large areas, and 2 treatments for each area. In spite of following her directions precisely, it all came off one week later. When I sent a text letting her know, she basically canceled my second appointment!!! She will not see me. She will not refund me. She basically just shut me out. This woman is a fraudster, and highly unprofessional. And a robber. I made the error of paying her cash, and to this end, may have no recourse. She doesn't list her full name anywhere. She doesn't even place her name on her website. She is operating illegally from home, and also doing injectables and isn't a nurse and doesn't work under a doctor. Dalia....You are earning some bad bad karma... Dalia is unprofessional and absolutely awful. If you respect your face and body, run the other way!!! She has a very sweet demeanor, and as long as you are satisfied with her work, she will be kind. But -- if she does wrong, she will not take any responsibility, shut you out, and rob you. She tried to correct a scar on my body, and made it many times worse. When I returned and communicated my rightful concern of 1 scar now becoming so widened and looking like 2, she said "you always had 2 scars there." When I said the pigment is much darker, she said "it doesn't look darker in my eyes at all. It's almost gone." It's as if she put on rose colored glasses, because it was convenient for her! She then said she could correct in a second treatment called a "touch up." I told her "touch up" sounds like minor work, but that not only was nothing improved, but that it became many times worse. At that point, she refused to refund me the second portion of the treatment, and shut me out. Dalia didn't even apologize for the harm done. She is totally lacking in integrity. Additionally, she is practicing illegally out of her home, doing fillers and other sorts of aesthetic work, that she doesn't have the credentials to do. Nor does she have a doctor to oversee her work, which is essentially illegal. Dalia should be reported to the state of California immediately, and I urge the other woman who had similar experiences to do so. Unfortunately, I'm always skeptical of ads on Groupon especially for permanent makeup. However, I wanted to get my brows and eyes done for my birthday and was determined. So I saw and called a few (5) of the ads to see what the different options were. Dalia was the only one who took the time to explain the various procedures and asked if I would like to come in for a consultation. No money involved. I was pleasantly surprised at how through her explanations were with no pressure to come back to her. Her voice is very calm and assuring. She listens to what you want and makes suggestions based on what your request maybe. The consultation was about 30 minutes. I made an appointment to have my brows and eyeliner done. I am very pleased with the results. The only thing is the numbing process but as you know everyone is different. However, I asked if for the next appointment I could bring my own product which Dalia checked and agreed we would try it. Don't just bring some random products please always check with your practitioner. I also moved a lot as it was a little painful but tolerable. She has a real steady hand which is hard to find. As you can tell even though yes I moved and jumped my final look is awesome. I waited 3 days to post my review just to make sure I was completely satisfied. She also offers other services which I'll be getting and of course reviewing. My next touch up is in 3 1/2 weeks and my next venture with Dalia after my touch-up will be Scalp Micropigmentation. I went to a lady whos ad I came across when looking to get eyeliner tattooed on permanently that had a "place" I guess you might call it though it's more like a single chair inside a building that rents out for stuff but when I went there it looked pretty much deserted inside except 2 chairs in the middle of the floor which I thought was a bit weird but didn't want to be judgemental so I just ignored it and sat down in the chair. So I start showing some pictures on my phone on exactly how I wanted it to look emphasizing the importance of it looking the way the girls in the pictures permanent eyeliner looked. She says ok I can do it exactly like that NP! I said, do you promise? Only because I have never had anything like this done before and I was extremely nervous and needed her reassurance that she was completely confident in her work skills as well as herself. She says," I promise " so I got numbed up and 10 minutes later she went and started tattooing..so as she was tattooing I thought I'd make some small talk so I could ask a couple questions I had plus it was a little loud with the machine doing it's thing. In the hour and a half that she was tattooing the eyeliner she kept telling me how great it was looking and how she made it look even better than the pictures, and I got soo excited after hearing her say these things and believed it because after all she was the one who could see it perfectly and I was still laying down so as soon as I was able to look at myself in the mirror and what it looked like, I was absolutely Horrified!! So to make a long story shorter I was told to come back for a free touch up and I agreed since I was assured that it would be fixed and corrected to what I wanted and the result I was promised..1 month later I go back and despite the fact that I had close to zero confidence that it would be exactly like I wanted, I layed down and hoped for a miracle. I attached pictures of the nightmare I ended up with which as anybody can see is a horribly crooked, one eyelid with a big thick line and the other eyelid with a thin line lighter in color and as it shows the " professional" I hired and trusted to simply do a nice job and what I was promised as a final result...and after I had tears rolling down my cheeks instead of apologizing or any type of comfort or offer a solution, I got stared at until I just grabbed my stuff and walked out trying to hold back tears. I didn't mean to write such a long review but I wouldn't want or wish this awful looking job on anyone or the amount of money I am embarrassed to admit I paid to end up looking soo embarrassing. I wish I would have researched instead of just giving my business to some random person who made me some stupid promise to make me happy. read more

I had my eyebrows micro bladed by Dalia. I have had a bald spot on my left eyebrow forever, and have tried everything recommended from castor oil to certain vitamins for growth. Out of luck, I decided to get them permanently fixed. Dalia is extremely nice as well as an efficient perfectionist, which are qualities needed if the stuff is permanent! My confidence was boosted after just the first session, even though they weren't done yet. I was getting compliments left and right, and now after the second session, I'm a new woman! I feel so much better, and I also inspected every detail. I'm a hypochondriac and always assume things will go wrong, so I looked for a mistake, but couldn't find any. I've seen Dahlia three or four times now. She's very sweet and has a good eye for how my skin can be improved. I have her dermaplane my face and then do BB Glow microneedling.
