Alan was patient, informative and truthful about what we needed and did not oversell. I immediately inform the tenant who advises me he had stepped out but would be back in 5-10 minutes. I informed the HVAC technician immediately but he doesn't respond. I eventually call him only to receive an attitude on the other line saying he left the moment he realized no one was home. We argued for a bit until finally my tenant called him and pleaded with him to return over an hour later. Once he actually arrived, he charged me 3 hours of labor (over $800 total) for ~15 min of troubleshooting and a deep clean on the condenser... a task that should've only taken a pro ~45 min. If you value honesty and good communication, this is NOT the company to call.
