We were provided incorrect information, told our requests for dimensions were unreasonable, and would not be put in contact with anyone from the factory that would help us with the specifics we needed for very exact measurements we needed. We were given the run around, phone calls and emails were never answered in any timely fashion which held up some of our other projects. The team that installed the building did not install according to what we paid for, then we had to argue with them, not Wild Oak who we purchased from. Chasdidy does not have any clue about the products she is selling, and the communication after the money was spent was terrible. Would not recommend!

One visitor to premises has already tripped. Be aware of what entity you are actually dealing with and their iffy business practices. Instead of easing our mobility, we are now dealing with an obvious liability issue. Taking advantage of area residents is definitely a mistake.

He finally replied several hours later stating he had an emergency and would begin the 6th. Understood. The 6th came and nothing, we called/text him to see if he was coming, nothing. Then he text back stating he would come the next day to complete the whole install. The 7th came and we received a text that due to rain, he was going to reschedule for Monday. We told him no, we just want our money back. He agreed and stated he would refund our money once he returns the materials back to the store on Monday. We called him again Monday afternoon, no answer. We have continued to call him every day and no answer. He has completely ghosted us. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY, HE'S TERRRIBLE AT COMMUNICATING AND DOES NOT STICK TO HIS OWN WORD OR CONTRACT. I was lucky to get a few monthly specials of upgrades. The crew came out and built the shed in 1 day. My only worry was they made me pay in full upfront in two parts: a half deposit to hold my special quote price and then pay the other half (in full) at scheduling. For people who've been scammed before like I have been, this can be a hard trust, but luckily they reassured me that they're a mostly 5-star company and wouldn't disappoint, and it did all work out. I think they should also give a heads-up reminder about the crew coming a day before, since scheduling can sometimes be far out ahead in time. I accidentally forgot and was out of town, but luckily I'd left my back yard unlocked for them to go back there and complete the job. Shed looks great. Thank you guys.
