Calling their corporate office is a waste of time they wont let you past the receptionist and tell you to call the location manager where it happened. I did but he did nothing to get my claim taken care of. I finally had to turn it over to my insurance company in mid July and they are going after them to reclaim the cost of the damage and my deductable. I highly recommend that you be aware of my situation before you take a chance on using any of their locations. The brushes may be out of alignment at any time causing sever damage to any trim.

I was disappointed with their service The people who worked there were very nice. The waiting room was clean and cool, but they did not do a good, professional job cleaning my car.

It had faded paint and the old clear wrap that was on there since it was new so there was sticky residue left on the front of the car. One of the wheels was pitted and needed attention. I was astounded by his work and attention to detail. He went above and beyond my expectations. He was able to get all of the residue and old clear wrap off the front end and bring back the paint to life. He got the pits out of the wheel and even added an air freshener.
