Roger and his team did a great job updating my kitchen and adding custom touches. Roger was the only vendor I found offering doors in real wood or MDF - not laminate. The attention to detail is great. It's a terrific alternative to gutting and much more cost effective. My only advice is to know what you want. This keeps costs down and project on schedule. Amazing work by Roger and his assistant, Phil! The work was impeccable! It is like having a whole new look without all the hassle! Roger met with us and listened to our needs and wants got back to us expeditiously and with very fair pricing. Roger then gave us the time frame and was spot on! He and Phil worked quietly and diligently to complete the project within a a four day span of time, with a few added features that he recommended. He also created a design to change our kitchen table to a counter top size which was positively amazing!! Roger and Phil were absolutely professional, polite, dedicated, and so very talented in their work. They were punctual and so very neat in their work preparation and clean up. Roger just finished our kitchen. It was 20 years old with cherry cabinets. All in very good shape. I am amazed at their work. Roger and his two guys are perfectionists. They came on time. They Had the vacuum going to pick up dust and at the end of the day, they put everything away for the night. They were also pleasant to deal with. I'm a weekend woodworker and had a million questions. They were great tutors. Their woodworking skills are top notch. They changed the doors and replaced all the doors. They installed crown mounding. Everything was covered. There was no dirt and my walls, time backsplash and granite counters were untouched. The finish product looks awesome. The doors and drawers are very well made. If I could give 10 stars to Dutchcraft Cabinet Refacing, I would! I really did my homework and talked to a lot of cabinet refacing shops and got estimates on replacing my cabinets with new ones before I found Dutchcraft. No other cabinet refacer in the area can compare to the service, quality, and workmanship. They did the job on time, at the quoted price, and the work area was spotless every night when they left. Plus Roger is just the nicest, most patient person to deal with on a project. He is a master carpenter and so detail oriented. He really takes pride in his work and makes sure you are completely happy with the end result. I would highly recommend Dutchcraft if you are thinking about refacing your cabinets. True to his word, it only took a week to reface my cabinets and they are absolutely GORGEOUS! They look very high end and elegant. Every contractor that came to do work after the cabinet install thought that they were brand new cabinets. I also added additional upper cabinets and Roger built me a custom rolling island with drawers and open shelves to coordinate with it. Beautiful!! Stunning! My friends and family couldn't believe it is the same kitchen. The reface totally transformed my kitchen from dark walnut to cream color cabinets in solid maple. Quality throughout - they look just like the new brand name cabinets I almost bought. They replaced all my drawers, glides, hinges, and doors. The doors are solid maple and very heavy - excellent quality. I opted to add doors on the end panels of my cabinets and it was worth the extra money because it really creates an elegant look. The one thing I did last minute after the reface was to paint the insides of my cabinets in a cream color to match the cabinets. So glad I did because no dark wood showing to give away my secret that it is a reface. Worth the effort. Really enjoying my kitchen now and so glad I refaced instead of replaced. We couldn't be happier with the results. We built our home over 30 years ago. Our original cabinets were well made and in good condition, but it was time to update. We had previously replaced the floor and countertops. We really didn't want to change the layout of the kitchen, and decided to look into "refacing". Didn't want to go through the craziness or cost of a full remodel. Roger, the owner, does more than refacing. He built a couple of new wall cabinets in combination with refacing the rest. Not answering phones or returning voicemails for weeks. Doesn't have a store front. Maybe out of business?

Stay away. Roger refaced our kitchen cabinets in early 2019. There were some delays due to the order and weather. He wasn't great about communicating, but it wasn't a huge issue. We decided to add some cabinets and asked if he would be interested. He measured, gave us a quote, accepted 50% deposit, gave us an estimate of 4-6 weeks. I contacted him after 6 weeks and asked for an update. He said he was busy with a kitchen and maybe he could start it at some vague future date. I asked for a specific date and he stopped communicating entirely. He didn't answer texts, calls, emails. I left messages asking if he was going to do the job, if he was OK, I even checked the obituaries!! Eventually he emailed a check for our deposit and a post-it saying he couldn't do the job. I asked for a name of someone who could. No resonse. Completely unprofessional. read more

Absolutely go with Dutchcraft. Just had over 30 oak honey kitchen cabinet doors and 6 drawers replaced with painted maple/ raised panel style. All cabinets and drawers are soft close and drawers extend all the way out - no more hidden areas in the back!. We also had soffit installed, added 6 cabinet shelf pull outs and transformed some cabinets to pull out drawers. Also added decorative panels to our kitchen island. AMAZING TRANSFORMATION. The work is just outstanding. Professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Roger, the owner, will return your calls, does the work on time and personally works the job along with his associate, Steve. They are amazing and just really nice guys to have in your home. We investigated a few places along with Dutchcraft but none could compare with the personalized service and quality. The workmanship on all of the cabinets and facing is just amazing. We can't believe it's our kitchen. We got rid of the late 80's cathedral style honey oak cabinets and went with beautiful maple raised panel cabinets painted to my color choice of white (yes, there are different shades of white).
