AJ is patient on those days that I'm indecisive and helps me choose. I have never been disappointed in the products that I purchase: top grade. Pure West, unlike other dispensaries, lets the patient use debit cards. The only con with this is that their provider charges $5. My financial institution also charges $5. Ten bux to use the debit card is steep, so go with cash in hand. They also have an ATM available. The appointment policy is a perk as well. Call and arrange your own personal time with little wait. Obviously, I love Pure West, as evidenced by this stellar review. However, about a year ago I couldn't give a review this positive. Changing management and it's overall business model has turned this place around. If I could change one thing it would be the pricing structure for flower. I chose to stay in my car + another employee (store manager) was over to take my order almost immediately. He, too, was friendly + quite knowledgeable about growers, taste, and experience. On my way out, met the owner + he told me more about their future plans all of which sound amazing! Prices were better than the other dispensary I was on my way to + the whole shopping experience was very fast (under 20 minutes). I've definitely found my go-to spot when I'm vacationing in the area! If I lived here, I could see how this would be the kind of spot that gets to know you. That would be dope for sure. FYI: they aren't taking credit right now, but they do have a cash machine on site ($4 ATM fee).

I purposely go out of my way to try to keep my business in small locally owned shops. Owner refused to sell me a $4 box of incense because he wouldn't charge my card for any sale under $10. I only had $3 cash on me so I started to walk away. He then decided he would "do me a favor" and agree to run my card if I bought a 2nd box making my total still under his $10 REQUIREMENT. I spent decades of my life in retail sales up to and including district mgr for HUGE chain of stores similar to this type of business. I also spent many years in customer satisfaction research in every scenario imaginable including as a secret shopper. If his goal is to upsell, I get it. Upselling can be a HUGE money maker when its done right. Upselling by way of threat or intimidation is morally bankrupt and only speaks to a lower level of care for customer retention. I will never be back.
