Such a positive experience! We can only speak for the drive-in outdoor experience as they are currently not allowing customers into the building. Regardless, they have a very swift and organized system in place that resembles a drive-in restaurant. Speroe (spelling?) quickly made his way to our car to take the order, answer questions and make the transaction. He was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Again I can only speak for the exterior of the business but everything was very clean and well designed which I imagine helps them attract a broader audience. I tried twice today to shop at Green Koi - 20 miles from my home. First try I was turned down due to ID. Even though I am registered with GK and had even uploaded my ID online prior, they refused to fill my order on site because I only had a photo copy of my MI license (and passport!). Then, several hours later after retrieving my passport from home, I drove back arriving 7:05p. A representative came out and said sorry - we just closed at 7. I explained my second try. And only "closed" for 5 minutes! Shop was still full lit and staffed. But nope!! Arrgghh. This is not a matter of law. So I drive to 9th Exit Provisionary - 30 miles back. No hassles and.... 40% cheaper! So my advice -- shop at 9th instead of Koi. read more

Called Green Koi this morning after seeing a sale advertised. They were open, and on a holiday no less. We drove up this afternoon and were helped curbside by the owner himself, David. He took the time to answer every single question we had without making us feel any type of way because some of this is new to us. He spent much longer with us than I expected and was incredibly knowledgeable about the product, as well as use and effect. We left fully satisfied with our decision to visit them today. We will absolutely be back. They also offer a generous military discount!! read more

This was my second time here and sad to say a 360 turn from the good service I got the first time. Some buzzed bubbly young lady talked my ear off and took forever to let me in. She took my email and promised a 10% discount which I never got. The young man who waited on me was OBVIOUSLY new and couldn't answer any of my questions. I missed this the first time, but they added a $3 fee for using a debit card. Totally illegal, btw. Have had a few good experiences and one bad one. Depends on your bud tender, I've always had really friendly knowledgeable guys except for my Black Friday visit when I had Jeannette. She seemed unhappy when she greeted me, went to get my order and came out to tell me two of the items were sold out, and due to the sales prices after removing those items my total actually increased $40. I questioned how that was possible and she said "I don't know what you want me to do, you can either reach into that wallet and give me more money or we can remove more items." I questioned again how my price could go up after removing items and said I could rebuild my cart online for the correct price and she said she would get her manager. She came back out with my corrected total ($100 less), no manager, gave me my items and said "here you go I have other customers I need to help now." Cool, thanks, no tip for you. read more

Prices are getting a bit high. $15 for a gram of SHAKE is absurd. Weed is supposed to be 10 a gram. What's the point of selling shake if it cost the same as the regular weed? If you're going to sell regular flower for $15 a gram, $10 a gram for shake seems more reasonable. In other states you can get an ounce of shake for $25-$45. read more

Went on vacation and needed a convenient dispensary to go to for my first time. We got there and since Covid-19 our bud tender was masked and gloved. He greeted us at our car window and told us about their website to pre-purchase and check their menu. Price range is $50-$85 per 8th of flower. Pre-rolls are a good deal. They seemed busy. Most people parked in a spot and waited for a bud tender. But I did notice a few masked folk go into the building. Which I did not. Also this is only a cash only establishment. They do have a weird app to download but that's not for me. read more
