Annual trip to Benton Harbor isn't complete without a stop to NOBO. Third time here and each experience is just as pleasant if not better then the last. The deals they offer you are just wonderful. And I say this because I'm from Chicago and they tax the hell out of the customers there. I'm practically able to double my purchase for the same amount I would spend in Chicago. When we arrived, I was surprised there was no wait. Vanessa was my budtender, and she was quick and efficient. I liked how she gave me her opinions of the products I chose. Kept me informed of my total along the way and what discount I would be receiving as my total kept going up. She also let me know how much I was purchasing weight wise to keep me within the legal limit to carry. They had a great selection of edibles, pre-rolls, and flower. The keif was a steal of a deal. I ended up spending more then I wanted to because they had one of my favorite brands, Jeeter. I only seem to find this brand on the west coast, so I went a little crazy grabbing a few extra pre rolls. A 2-hour drive and we were in and out of the dispensary in about 10 mins and headed home happy customers! read more

Another reason I don't like this place is their dark, scary entry and tiny, crowded waiting room you just know is full of coughing Covid patients. Just a terrible experience. I drive all the way to Suncoast in Corapolis because of the overall, enjoyable shopping experience, which I compare to provisioners in California. Big jars of sticky buds that you can see and sniff. They didn't have all their options available online forcing you to come in and wait. I'm fine with medical patients and online orders receiving priority but you need to have all merchandise available so it doesn't take a 45 min wait time to get what I want. Also been screwed over multiple times by their constantly changing "deals". In the lobby on the screen said one thing but when you go back they change it. So you wait 45 mins to find out you've been lied to and are actually going to be paying more. Plenty of dispensaries around. Avoid this one! read more
