No refunds would be given although after much negotiation on my part 30% was knocked off our bill for being in the room all of 5hrs. Sketchy area, unhelpful staff, sub par conditions in room (fridge leaking, stains on walls, I wouldn't dare take a black light into the room). One staff member wanted $100 security fee, another staff member wanted $200. No continuity, support or compassion. Absolutely terrible place to stay. Avoid at all costs. The shower-head is broken & shooting onto the ceiling & wall so of course the wall has deteriorated & exposing the drywall underneath the paint. There is mold surrounding the faucet. Upon walking into the room we were hit with an overwhelming bleach smell that we had we air out the room & the room floor was sticky!!! 2 towels for 4 people was the least of the problem. The beds are horrible, you can feel the metal springs. This hotel deserves a NEGATIVE star, doesn't even rate a 1 star.
