She remembered exactly where she left it and returned 20 minutes after she left. The rooms door was still open but was already cleaned out/sheets changed, but the perfume box was gone. There was only one other person who went in there within those 20 minutes... The cleaning lady tried to avoid being seen when my mom came looking to ask her, and the manager just refused to believe the cleaning lady would possibly take it.

I woke up after the second night with bedbug bites on my arm, back, and leg. With my 15 month old in the bed and bit a few times as well, I was pretty upset. One staff member wanted $100 security fee, another staff member wanted $200. No continuity, support or compassion. Absolutely terrible place to stay. Avoid at all costs.
