Worst experience ever!! Ditto to all comments below!!! Weed smoking in parking lot. police activity upon arrival, a young girl screaming .. "give me my baby" then she proceeds to dance & twerk while the police are trying to talk to her!! The hallway carpets are Disgusting!! People sitting on floor & loitering outside elevators that are BROKEN! No shampoo or body wash, not even a small bar of hand soap. I asked at the front desk and was told there wasn't any available that MAYBE housekeeping might have some. We never received anything. The shower-head is broken & shooting onto the ceiling & wall so of course the wall has deteriorated & exposing the drywall underneath the paint. There is mold surrounding the faucet. Upon walking into the room we were hit with an overwhelming bleach smell that we had we air out the room & the room floor was sticky!!! 2 towels for 4 people was the least of the problem. I don't care if it has a kitchen buy a hot plate and go somewhere else. Absolutely the worst location. Smells like dirty wet dog as soon as you walk into the actual building past reception. The elevators do not work and do not have a date on when they will be back up. Everyone is forced to use the stairs, which is dirty and gross and looks like it will give you a staph infection. Upon arriving to my room, housekeeping had not even finished it. I had to leave the hotel and come back and give her time to finish my room that I was given because the beds weren't even made, and who knows if it was clean. When I finally settled into my room and I had to pee, there was absolutely no toilet paper. Went to the front desk. She didn't even have toilet paper to give me. Absolutely the worst day I asked for a discount and they stated I already received one which I know I did not. They're not accommodating at all. I was going to extend, but I can't wait to get out out of here. What a waste of my money. I really want to stay with the Wood spring suites brand but now I'm not going to trust it. read more

Stay here at your own risk! We booked several days in advance just for one night stay. We had a late check-in so I called the hotel and informed them that we would be arriving closer to 1:30 AM. The person that we spoke to was slurring over their words and sounded half asleep. It told us that they would need to charge the card on file before midnight. I told it that that was fine and it charged our card immediately. It told us to dial 500 and let it ring five times and that would allow us entrance into the lobby and we would be given our key for room 211. We arrived at the hotel at 1 AM. We were immediately told that they were sold out and there were no rooms available. We explained to it that we had called in a couple of hours ago and already paid for the booking. We made a few days ago. The thing at the front desk refused to cooperate and immediately started calling us racist names. It was clearly under the influence of some type of drug. It was slurring over its words and could barely keep its eyes open. We recorded the entire encounter. After speaking to another employee the next day, we were offered a refund and when I received the email confirmation of the refund the thing at the front desk from the night before lied and said that we checked in at 11 PM and checked out at 11 AM even though it knows it never gave us the room we paid for. I'll be escalating this to the highest management team available and will not stop until it's fired. AVOID! read more

Upon my vacation I had a delay in my flight which was out of my control, I called the hotel to let them know and they said if I didn't show up within a certain time I would be marked as a 'no show' even though I had prepaid for the rooms, however the lady ended up checking me in through the phone. Upon arrival to my room I am welcomed by chunks of hair on my floor, a wet towel that was left in my tub which looked like pubic hair on it and a booger on one of my pillows. That following morning I asked for the room to be cleaned and I know they don't clean rooms unless you are there for a longer period of time however, my room didn't look like it was cleaned at all. I spoke with the gal on shift and she said she would put the request in. Come the next morning I ask for it to be done again as it wasn't done, same response the girl said she would put me in for the first room to be cleaned and it still didn't get done. I asked multiple agents in 3 days and all failed to get this done or even offer assistance. On my second day I was out of my room most of the day expecting my room to be cleaned as she said it would be.. of course it wasn't. On top of that no one is ever at the front desk, it's always closed and you have to go all the way downstairs and use the phone to call and get ahold of someone. On my 3rd stay I needed towels and the agents let me know she ran out of towels and she couldn't give me any. How not? You are a hotel and should have more than enough! She did not care at all, agent Lori told me she had no way of getting ahold of a manager and there was nothing she could do to help me. I paid over $400 for this room to be nasty, not accommodating, no hospitality what so ever. I do not recommend to stay here at all. I highly recommend that no one stay at this establishment. This extended-stay hotel engages in illegal business practices. The manager, Alex is unprofessional, and the staff is not very knowledgeable with administrative skills, hotel policies, etc. I took up residence at the suites in December 2025, and after 28 days, I was wrongfully evicted from the property. I wasn't properly notified that I would be evicted. In accordance with CA statute: "A tenancy or other estate at will, however created, may be terminated by the landlord's giving notice in writing to the tenant, in the manner prescribed by Section 1162 of the Code of Civil Procedure, to remove from the premises within a period of not less than 30 days, to be specified in the notice. Ca. Civ. Code § 789. In California, a guest can legally become a tenant--gaining rights to protection from immediate eviction--if they stay more than 14 days within a six-month period or seven consecutive nights, particularly if this violates a rental agreement. While some sources cite 30 days as a standard for establishing residency, exceeding the 14-day rule frequently triggers legal tenant status. read more

Don't stay here ! This place is brand new and it must've been built for the homeless! The beds are horrible. Looks like they pulled a roll up mattress right out of a box. Noisy transient woman screaming in the hallway. For some reason at 6:50 in the morning, the lights just turned themselves on and woke us up. Car parked out front full of belongings to the point where only the drivers seat was open. All of the windows were covered with trash. Which made me wonder if that person was inside. . It's a newer place, I booked at the last minute due to a funeral we needed to attend. If you read the description as an extended stay hotel, not if you wanted to be comfortable for an extended period of time. Think of all the "amenities" an extended stay would have, this place doesn't have them. No necessities for the kitchenette. Not even a paper towel. Bathroom, nothing but water and toilet paper. Soap, hand towels, blow drier, iron or board....nothing. What sucks about not even having paper towels is if you spill anything you have to make a choice, leave it or use one of your flimsy bath towels. I had to take towels and exchange them, they counted out the towels before handing me replacements. These towels are not even car wash worthy let alone steal one. The bed is not comfortable, the bunk at basic training was more comfortable than this mattress on a creaky metal frame. The parking lot, two people walking around looking in cars, one walking one on a bike. Don't leave anything visible. So don't look at this place for extended stay comfort, it's a one night stand, get in-get out. We are here for 4 nights, halfway through and these are two days of documenting my experience. read more

So firstly let me say that we looked for a hotel close by a destination we needed to be at the next morning. This place was chosen because unlike the surrounding motels it looked aesthetically pleasing. It gets 2 stars because it was new and clean. Other than cleanliness it was terrible. We arrived at 9pm only to discover the door was locked to the lobby and we had to dial a provided phone for someone to let us in. No one answered the phone for the 3 times we called it. Then when the guy did he mumbled something and hung up. Eventually he let us in and with no personality checked us in. Said the bare minimum like "sign here" and "do you have a vehicle" and then we headed for our room. This room was clean. New. It had a fridge, microwave, stove, shower/tub, storage space. No items to help with cooking. Not even "kitchen" towels if one were staying here for an extended visit. (Luckily we were not and I would not want to). The beds were a joke. They consisted of metal frames, spring board and squishy mattress. I sat on the edge of one and the spring board almost fell out of the frame making me jump off of it. I thought I had broken it. It was noisy and cheap. The mattress sunk in everywhere providing zero support. The pillows were cheap and the light from the parking lot shined into my eyes all night from the blinds (no curtains) blocking it out. No one was available for check out. We called the phone again twice. No answer. We had to inconveniently come back to check out to be sure we wouldn't get charged since there was no drop box for the keys. Worst stay ever! Noise level is insane here. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything in the next room over. Nothing but loud kids, barking dogs and a bed that is so uncomfortable that you're better off sleeping in your car. Seems like nothing but drug dealers, families and hookers that live here. The lady who worked Late hours that evening was horrible. She works 3 titles "security guard, Help Desk and maintenance worker". The AC didn't work in the room , I called for someone to come and fix it , she said she would be on the way , nearly 25 minutes came and went she didn't come I called again she had a attitude saying she just left her desk to come , she showed up , a short Heavy set woman came into the room with a attitude saying she was on her way , just give her time ...proceeded to fix the AC but didn't know how to , she stood there checking it not knowing what to do at all ..I figured it out , I had to rest the AC power cord , the ac was working , she left with an attitude. I cooked in the room and it got alittle smoky and the alarm went off came to door and said we have to leave immediately! , said I was smoking , but I was just cooking , she said no I have to bring some machine to clear the air but I would have to go .....the lady was rude , disrespectful, stayed in the room and kept berating me , after me saying ok I will leave over 5 times , she remained in the room to she she was pissed , the lady is weird, and shouldn't be working late night , she don't know what she doing , and gets mad is she has to walk to your room for anything. Not a cool place to spend your money or deposit. ASPIRE hotel & Spa in Bellflower is a Wayyyyyyy better alternative. They have better rooms also. Good luck read more

This place is only 2or 3 yrs old and I was VERY impressed by the surroundings and professionalism...The rooms are comfortable and you get what you need without having to pay a small FORTUNE for it... Front desk staff great. However no over night must call to have help from a staff member. Rooms have 2 burners flat top. Dosent come with anything else no dishes or cooking items must supply your own. No room service unless you want to pay extra. Not a place for kids to stay at. No pools. Free coffee in the lobby but that goes out once in a while. Time frame forgot sorry. Not all rooms have great water pressure. If you want extra towels you need to pay or bring back your old ones. When we booked the rooms we wanted all the rooms near each other. Upon check in front desk staff said rooms wasn't ready this is at 3pm. We Waited 39 minutes for someone to show up at the front desk to check us in on New Year's Eve at 3:00 p.m. The floors smelled like dogs, and I could hear people arguing on the second floor, and I stayed on the 4th floor. The walls are fragile. No cooking utensils, and when I got in from work, the entire front desk was closed, so if you need towels, tissue, or anything else, you are screwed. Absolutely awful experience! Rooms were clean, however there is only one person working at a time at the front desk. This is a pet-friendly hotel, which is fine but the entire place smells like wet dog from the afternoon til night. Only one elevator and one washcloth and regular towel per person. You have to bring your used towels downstairs in order to exchange it for a new towel. No hand towel to dry your hands on, no tissue and no paper towels. If you are staying here to save some $$, be sure to pack basic paper products or go to Grocery Outlet up the street. Hit or miss on the ability to use an iron/ironing board. Stayed just for one night with a pet. No extra amenities besides the very basics, but you get what you pay for at this price point. The front staff where very friendly and the manager also greeted us as well. Check-in and Out where smooth so I can't speak on the other reviews behalf. I sat in the lobby for 3 hours asking where my security deposit was & they finally said that the $60 was returned to my card & that I was charged $40 pet fee. Fraud do not enter. Assistant manager and manager are rude. place has thin walls, small full size pull out beds that are stiff, not suitable for a family. Place was also hot and stuffy. Rooms do not look like pictures. We paid for the night around midnight. And briefly walked in and out of the room after witnessing everything from the room .We continued to walk downstairs and ask for a refund, which the front desk receptionist said ok you will just have to call my manager in he morning and she will refund, "I'll just explain that you didn't stay." I even made sure to ask " are you sure there will be no problem" she said no you'll be ok . Next day we called manager was not present and we're told no problem call and try again tomorrow. We called today and the assistant manager denied our refund and said we don't offer refunds and that our staff is new and don't know what they're talking about so I asked to speak to the manager and same thing she was rude and even hung up on me after saying that's their policies and that there is no way we're getting a refund even tho we didn't spend even a min in the room. She even admitted that her staff wasn't knowledgeable about their policies. So the big question is why didn't the receptionist just tell us no refunds instead we were told to call the Manager to receive fund the next day. Fraud!
