Why the heck would ANYONE go to Starbucks when there is better options around town, like Dutch Brothers? They make fantastic smoothies and hot coffee,and no matter how long the lines are they are very good at what they do and keep the lines moving! Iced white mocha = heaven!!!! Tastes like white chocolate milk that might have some coffee in it (it had two shots of espresso). I wish I got the large! 3.75 for a 24oz (medium), very reasonable for a dessert style coffee. I wish we had Dutch Bros in Florida! Staff were all fast and friendly. read more

This place always has the friendliest of workers. Always, no matter the location. The chai is the only thing I get and I dislike the type of chai they use but I can choke it down when I'm in a pinch. My hugest complaint is that they make their drinks scalding hot. I usually have to wait 20-40 minutes to drink it, but the big problem there is - I order it to drink within 2 minutes. I'm on my way to a meeting or to get stuck in traffic. Prices are a bit on the higher side but they give you a purchase coupon so eventually you get a free drink. I started frequenting this Dutch Bros when their sister store about a mile north on Hwy 62 couldn't get simple orders right. It was a little longer drive for me but I had been frequenting DB for so long that I didn't mind the drive. After four or five visits to this store, I came to the conclusion that it was no better than the other White City store. Maybe it's something in their grind? Blaring music, inattentive employees, everyone trying to be way more hip than they really are and employees who can't focus long enough to get simple orders right. And by simple orders, I mean stock items (no customization). Like a medium smoothie without whipped cream that somehow becomes a large smoothie with whipped cream. To their credit, they got the flavor right both times they made that drink. The other White City location has actually messed the flavor up before. I no longer do business at Dutch Bros. If you're interested why, you can read my review posted earlier today about the Dutch Bros just north of this location on Hwy 62 & Avenue H in White City. I now frequent the Human Bean a couple blocks north of this Dutch Bros location (intersection of Hwy 62 & Hwy 140 between The Apple Peddler restaurant and the hotel) and/or Starbucks (also on Hwy 62 south of this DB location). They are just as friendly, they don't have blaring music to distract employees and irritate customers, the employees pay attention and they get my order right. I have become a big fan of Human Bean and I've always like Starbucks because I travel and they are everywhere. I also love the Starbucks app where I can pay on my phone and it also keeps track of my purchases for freebies. Your mileage may vary, but I'm an ex at DB. read more

This was our first time to a Dutch Bros and let me tell you it was great!! I don't think I've been any where that has better customer service! The girl at the window(wish I remembered her name) greeted us with a smile and how are you today! Not a "what do you want!" Like you get at most places! She talked us through their menu and described how they make their energy drinks (which I got one of course, and it was delicious). After making my drink while husband decided what he wanted she handed me my drink and asked how I liked it. Which I did! But she said if you don't like it I would be happy to make you something else! Who does that?!! Dutch Bros that's who! My husband ordered his coffee and once again she made sure he liked it. She then asked if our son wanted anything, which he didn't so she made him a whip (I think). Whipped cream on a straw, it was super cute and he loved it!! By now there were two people in line behind us, but she never rushed us or made us feel like we were holding up the line, thank you for that !!! Now for the craziest part of trip to Dutch Bros, when my husband went to pay she said no! Now being from California this was a huge shock to us! She said the first one is on us company policy! So needless to say I am a Dutch Bros fan for life now!! Thank you for having great customer service and awesome drinks!! Now I just wish there was one near where we live! read more

My go-to everyday. My favorite drink is the green tea with passion fruit, the staff is always friendly and the lines are not as horrible as some of the other Dutch bros in the early morning. Only downside is trying to get back out on to crater lake hwy once you have gotten your drink. read more

Crater lake hwy has the best Dutch bros, they are always super fast and friendly. Lines do not take long at all.
