The staff is always great about letting us try different and new flavors. My husband's favorite is sarsaparilla (it's been a couple years since he had it, we look for it every time we go now). I'm partial to the cookie butter, but I had coffee last time. It was amazing! Made with their in house roast. It was very strong flavored and now I'm sad because I didn't get a pint to bring home. I will say I haven't tried their actual coffee before, it's always really late when we go, but if it's anything like the gelato, it's probably amazing too.

After 10 minutes I stepped into the middle of the store and said ," is anyone working over here?!" One employee who previously looked at me several times finally came and rang up my milk. I asked to see the manager. The manager NEVER came so I left. The important point of this is this same thing has happened to me at this store on multiple other occasions. It appears that managerial oversight is nonexistent. Unfortunately Braums management will never see this.
