Solid acai and other tasty options! Pleasantly surprised we were able to order the curry bowl in…read morethe earlier morning. Enjoyed that along with the Mighty açaí bowl. They were out of some of the items for both, but the staff kindly offered to sub the items with whatever else. The Mighty had a great rich taste in the acai (probably the peanut butter) and we loved the pb drizzle on top. Also got it with bee pollen instead of cocoa, and that was a great texture and addition. The curry bowl had great taste, but could have been a bit warmer. Would have loved more curry so the ratio of curry to rice/quinoa was larger. Overall not disappointed and solid food! A little pricey, but that's expected for acai, I think.

Cute little place w rice bowls here in Spokane. The best way to describe its layout is…read moreChipotle-style. The inside is small and doesn't seat a lot of people, but it seemed like most people came to grab and go as there was no one there when we were there. The service was super fast. There were lots of protein, topping, and sauce options. I got the unagi and wish there was more flavor/sauce and substance (?) to the eel. The toppings all tasted fresh. The quantity of bowl is also definitely enough for a meal. The food is a bit on the pricer side for the casualness of the restaurant (about $16 per bowl), but the boba is the cheapest I've see in the Spokane area. No major complaints

The sweet baristas offered to put more matcha, which they did but it was still very milky, maybe adjust to a bit more sweetener to bring out the matcha taste a bit. The pastries and food options look great and I can't wait to try more! They also have an added CBD to any drink for $4 which i think is awesome

I started off with asking the person taking my order if she could not put banana into my bowl because I am allergic, and she said that was totally doable. I'm not sure if it got lost in translation or if it was the end of the day and it was just auto pilot, but some definitely got in and I had a pretty bad reaction for it to just be cross contamination. They also got my order switched up with my friend and I didn't get the order I asked for. I felt pretty rushed as other people came in and both girls seemed occupied, so I didn't feel as if I could say this was wrong. They also said no banana was in it, but my hives and stomach say otherwise. They were sweet, but my order was wrong. If you have an allergy, be assertive. I just felt like they really wanted to get out, even tho we had 40 minutes to spare. I hope next time is better

Great healthy food options for a smoothie bowl and smoothie!…read moreLocated at the entrance of the gym plenty of parking Service was OK. There was two people working and I could tell they were very busy. Not a lot of indoor seating. Very loud due to the blenders. Oddly, they didn't offer protein powder mixes in their smoothies, but nonetheless, they're pretty good. Vegan friendly! I got the smoothie that had coffee in it, which was good however, the coffee they use is awful tasting. But I should've known that in advance when I didn't see an espresso maker lol. We had modifications to our order like no honey, no coconut and they got everything correct.

My guy had the smoothie with coffee in it and it was also delicious. Flavors were full bodied but not at all too sweet. My daughter had a juice with orange and ginger, and it tasted like the fruit had been picked an hour ago. The combo of bold citrus and spicy ginger was utterly irresistible. I sent everyone I met that day over to that juice truck, and went back at lunch for a delightfully crisp grapefruit kombucha. I will most certainly be enjoying Beet it up whenever I see that Red truck. Thank you so much Beet it up, for the exceptional product!!
