I stopped by Dutch Bros to try their Dulce de Leche drink from the summer menu. The flavor was rich and creamy with a nice caramel-like sweetness, and it definitely tasted like a fun seasonal treat. The drink was well made, and the staff was friendly and efficient as always. My only complaint is that it was a little too sweet for my taste. If you enjoy very sweet coffee drinks, you'll probably love it, but next time I may ask for less syrup or a lighter sweetness level. Overall, it was still a good experience, and I appreciate that Dutch Bros keeps introducing new seasonal flavors to try. I'll definitely be back to sample more of their menu. read more

A great Dutch Bros that is only brought down by the wait times, no matter when I go or how far ahead I do my online order! The location is very easy to spot off the main roads but the entrance from the parking lot makes it a little confusing to navigate if it is your first time. Much like the other locations, this is a walk up window or a drive-thru only, with no area to go in and sit and drink your drink. I like that idea because it keeps the place moving and grooving! The location is very clean and there are more than enough menus for you to find and look at to decide what to order on the visit. I love how friendly the staff are and the conversations I have with them seem genuine and not like it is a chore for them to ask how I am doing and what my plans are for the day or weekend. I love the sugar free golden eagle, that being my go-to drink when I come here. The flavors are always mixed well and their espresso is very smooth and easy to drink! My only complaint is that no matter when I get here, even if I order my drink ahead of time way in advance, it is never ready for when I come to pick it up, even when there is a time frame saying when the coffee will be ready by according to the app. read more

I've only visited Dutch Bros out in California and have been wanting to check out their Orlando location for a while. On a whim I decided to go for an afternoon coffee after my 3 hour drive. I decided to download their app, and to my surprise there was a free drink upon sign up, which was a treat. The drive thru is so convenient. They have someone take your order on a tablet, the person who helped me was so friendly. I was able to customize the drink to my liking. The service was spot on, in and out of the line in 2 minutes with coffee in hand. Worth it when you want a good cup of coffee without leaving your car! It was well worth the wait and the long drive to get my yummy afternoon pick me up. read more

Had a great experience at this location today for the first time. I'm not sure if I'm a big fan of the zigzag Order-taking; but, maybe I'll work into this as a customer. I do like the Dutch Brothers coffees and, as of today, I find them tastier than Foxtail or Starbucks. Also, the associate that took our order and the associate that delivered our order were both very positive, friendly and outgoing. Quite an engaging team. I ordered a Large Iced Golden Eagle, breve, extra sweet, light ice with a soft top. It was mind blowing good. read more

I've heard of Dutch Bros Coffee from a friend. Stopped at this location since it was near our hotel. This location is a drive up and walk up window cafe. They have an extensive menu of drinks that there is something for everyone. If you sign up for the app, you get a free medium drink that you will have to use within 14 days. They also have a birthday reward for any drink any size. I ordered ahead on the app my drink when I was redeeming my birthday reward. I choose the German Chocolate flavor combo from the secret menu. The drink is very chocolate forward. Overall delicious. The only reason I had to dock a couple of stars was that it took a bit long to get my drink. I preordered on the app and it should have been ready within at least five minutes when it was the ready time. I saw two other groups who arrived over 10 minutes after me get their orders first. I had to go back to the window and ask them about the status. I think the initial barista I checked in with forgot to make it or send the order to be made after I checked in or it might have been given away to another group? The other barista that I talked to made it right away, so all was well. It just might have been an easy mistake. read more

Dutch Bros Coffee is hands-down my all-time favorite coffee spot--I honestly don't have a single bad thing to say! Every single drink I've ever ordered has been an instant love-at-first-sip situation. From the classics like the Caramelizer and Kicker to the wild seasonal specials and infused Rebels, somehow they nail it every time. The flavors are perfectly balanced, never too sweet or artificial, and the espresso actually tastes like quality coffee (which is rarer than you'd think these days). But what truly sets Dutch Bros apart is the energy. The crew is always hyped, blasting music, chatting with you like you're old friends, and somehow remembering your usual even when the line is wrapped around the building. It's the kind of place that legitimately brightens your whole day before you've even taken a sip. I've tried pretty much every coffee chain out there, and nothing comes close. Dutch Bros isn't just coffee--it's a vibe, and I'm completely addicted (in the best way possible). If you haven't been, do yourself a favor and go right now. You can thank me later read more

Terrible location if you are doing mobile order pickup window. They don't put your order in until you arrive. So I had my order set for 8:45am pickup. Didn't get to tell them about my order until 9:05am because the mobile order line was so long. My drink was ready at 9:12am. Thankfully I was not in a hurry but this is extremely frustrating. I was talking to one lady that had to leave because she was trying to get to work. So she left without her drink. This is the only location I have encountered this. All the other locations I've used; you place your order & pick it up at said time you set it for. read more

I just have to tell you about the amazing experience I had with the broistas today. I just absolutely love big face-to-face ordering that they offer at Dutch Bros it really adds a personal touch at the drive-thru when you can order with a human face-to-face versus a box. I wish I knew the young man's name I should have asked but let me tell you he had the most infectious laugh and he made my experience of trying the new cookie butter iced latte so fun and I'm glad I decided to try it. Also being national Coffee Day today September 29th and getting there early enough I ordered two coffees and got a set of the Dutch Bros coasters for my car, bonus! read more

Dutch Bros is my coffee company when I go to the Orlando area. The coffee is everything here, delicious. The service is a 10/10, you're greeted by staff immediately and they are so nice and helpful. Today the barista was so amazing he made my experience getting my coffee wonderful along with the female employee taking my order in the line. I am so impressed with the flavors of these drinks and the options they have! I need this to be in VA ASAP!! That hot mocha was one of the best mochas i have EVER had in my life. My baby got the cotton candy milkshake, that was delicious. And i can't even remember the name of the drink i got. But why did it taste that delicious hand it was SUGAR FREE!!! I kept seeing everyone on tik tok talking about it and when i saw the sign, i had to go! The drive thru was a little chaotic. One person and 50 cars... that was too much... but she handled it. Oh! And we got a lemon poppyseed muffin top. Low in sugar, high in deliciousness! read more

We've been to this location a few times. Their drinks are delicious, and service is usually great. This Saturday early evening I placed an order, and when we arrived the drive thru had at least a dozen cars that did not seem to be moving. My daughter ran in to get my app order. We anticipated a slightly longer wait, but after waiting about 20 minutes, the employee handed her a small drink. My daughter told her that we ordered a medium drink, but the employee insisted that we ordered a small, so that's what we received. I double checked when my daughter returned to the car, and we did in fact order a medium. Accidents happen. They were VERY busy so after already being there longer than expected, we left with a small drink. The drink was very good, as usual, but I was disappointed that I did not receive what I ordered. We will return, next time I will make sure to have my order ready to show in case of discrepancies. read more

The drive-thru was so busy that we decided to order at the window instead, and it was definitely the right call. Be prepared for a bit of a wait, it's a popular spot for a reason! We ordered a small Banana Bread Chai Latte with oatmilk and a small Strawberry Horchata Chai Latte with oatmilk, and our total came to $13.93. Both drinks were tasty, our favorite being the Strawberry Horchata that was full of flavor. They've also got great music playing while you wait, which helps with the overall vibe of the place. The service was friendly and upbeat even with how busy it was. As long as you're willing to wait, the drinks are more than worth it! read more

Great experience today! We were driving past the location with a different destination in mind and saw a line of people waiting outside so we quickly pulled over into their lot to see what was going on. This is our first ever visit to a Dutch Bros, so we did not know what to expect. How lucky to stumble upon their soft opening! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, two employees made great recommendations. It looked like the employees were having fun, and you could tell there was good communication and organization happening. My boyfriend got the electric berry energy drink and I got the caramel mocha coffee. I loved that they have many options for milk alternatives. The coffee tasted great and my boyfriend really enjoyed his drink. I liked that they had two drive-through lines running, I can already tell this is going to be a high demand location. I saw they have cereal-infused coffee offerings and I will definitely be back to try those. Looking forward to my next visit and highly recommend! read more

Today was Grand Opening day for this location! Congrats on 1K stores. Like always Dutch Bros is such a friendly coffee spot. The employees are always greeting you with such excitement and honestly it's great. This location was no different! Since it was opening day they did have a DJ coming and music, they also had little games outside. Now to the coffee, I got the Annihilator which is my favorite drink here! Finally made it to try this popular coffee place and it did not disappoint. Service is fast and staff is friendly. I went thru the drive thru and the person taking my order was patient and helpful. They do not have an inside from what I was told. It's either a drive thru or a pick up window. But I like that it's a quick coffee stop when on the run and needing some caffeine. Finally able to say that I've been to a Dutch Bros and I am so glad it did not disappoint. The staff, drinks, prices and overall feel of this place was amazing and I can't think of anything wrong with this location! The staff was over the top friendly, making me feel warm and welcomed when I came here recently with my husband. They explained a few different drinks and after a bit I decided on a mocha latte. The latte was strong with the coffee flavor, rich and robust. The mocha flavoring was wonderful without being overly sweet either! Decent priced and definitely justifiable! The location was super clean and the fact they were getting cars flying through the drive thru in such little time was amazing as well. These are some hard workers they have and it definitely shows! read more

I go to several other Dutch Bros locations and this one is consistently the worst. You can't see the two lines fully until you've already pulled in, so some lines go much more quickly and people who arrived way after you did will get served. The ordering process is incredibly slow every time I have to come to this location. The last time I was here my drink tasted very odd, not wrong but had a weird aftertaste that was incredibly off putting. After the wait today I'll likely not come back again, I'd rather drive out of my way to go to one near home than have to come to this location, even if I'm on this side of town. If you must come here: order ahead for widow pick up, do NOT come through the drive through. read more
