I've heard of Dutch Bros Coffee from a friend. Stopped at this location since it was near our hotel. This location is a drive up and walk up window cafe. They have an extensive menu of drinks that there is something for everyone. If you sign up for the app, you get a free medium drink that you will have to use within 14 days. They also have a birthday reward for any drink any size. I ordered ahead on the app my drink when I was redeeming my birthday reward. I choose the German Chocolate flavor combo from the secret menu. The drink is very chocolate forward. Overall delicious. The only reason I had to dock a couple of stars was that it took a bit long to get my drink. I preordered on the app and it should have been ready within at least five minutes when it was the ready time. I saw two other groups who arrived over 10 minutes after me get their orders first. I had to go back to the window and ask them about the status. I think the initial barista I checked in with forgot to make it or send the order to be made after I checked in or it might have been given away to another group? We've been to this location a few times. Their drinks are delicious, and service is usually great. This Saturday early evening I placed an order, and when we arrived the drive thru had at least a dozen cars that did not seem to be moving. My daughter ran in to get my app order. We anticipated a slightly longer wait, but after waiting about 20 minutes, the employee handed her a small drink. My daughter told her that we ordered a medium drink, but the employee insisted that we ordered a small, so that's what we received. I double checked when my daughter returned to the car, and we did in fact order a medium. Accidents happen. They were VERY busy so after already being there longer than expected, we left with a small drink. The drink was very good, as usual, but I was disappointed that I did not receive what I ordered. Finally able to say that I've been to a Dutch Bros and I am so glad it did not disappoint. The staff, drinks, prices and overall feel of this place was amazing and I can't think of anything wrong with this location! The staff was over the top friendly, making me feel warm and welcomed when I came here recently with my husband. They explained a few different drinks and after a bit I decided on a mocha latte. I go to several other Dutch Bros locations and this one is consistently the worst. You can't see the two lines fully until you've already pulled in, so some lines go much more quickly and people who arrived way after you did will get served. The ordering process is incredibly slow every time I have to come to this location. The last time I was here my drink tasted very odd, not wrong but had a weird aftertaste that was incredibly off putting. After the wait today I'll likely not come back again, I'd rather drive out of my way to go to one near home than have to come to this location, even if I'm on this side of town. Overall, I'm a big fan of Dutch bros. The drinks are great and the staff are usually very friendly. That was my experience at this location too. I have two big complaints about this particular location, though. The parking lot is extremely small. There are only a few spots and every single one was full and many people had to park nearby and walk up. I feel like this is a big design flaw because I've never seen a Dutch bros that wasn't busy, so the planners should have known this and made a bigger parking lot. My second issue is that the music is WAY too loud. Like it needs to be at least 75% quieter. The music is blasting like a club and unless you're standing right next to the window, you can't hear what names are being called. That instantly put me in a bad mood. I'm not going to Dutch bros for a headache. I want to be able to hear my name when it's being called so I can get my order and get out of there. read more
