Dutch Bro's coffee has always been decent with a huge selection of flavors. I normally get either the Annihilator because it is a nice mix of macadamia nut flavor with chocolate, or their nitro cold brew, black with no cream or sugar. The Annihilator is very smooth and I like to get a couple extra shots because it adds just the right amount of coffee and balances the flavor nicely. Their nitro cold brew is probably my favorite cold brew. Getting it without cream or sugar lets you really enjoy the unique flavor. It's strong, as all cold brew is, but the flavor is smooth and almost a bit nutty! I like how you can buy it in cans so if you are going on a road trip, take a few with you so you can enjoy good coffee in a pinch where there are no choices. I have not tried everything on the menu, but so far the only thing I am not crazy about is their chai products. The chai flavor is too weak for my liking because I like strong chai tea lattes. Theirs are pretty generic. As for the staff, I have always had friendly, heavily caffeinated employees that hare happy to help and chat! Love Dutch bros! My favorite coffee so far besides a few coffee shops in New York. The staff always tries to make you feel good and they are up beat. Sometimes a little too much but hey there's nothing wrong with it. The only bad thing is the wait. At times you are waiting 30+ min in the drive thru line even when they walk up to your window to take your order. I would love to go here everyday before work but I can't always wait that long. I love this place. I am the friend in Becca H.'s post. I am having a very bad morning and to make it a little better we stopped by this location and talked to the drive thru girl and just casually mentioned that I was having a bad morning. We get up to the window to find that she had picked up our tab. I never expected that and as lame as this may sound, it made me realize there are still genuinely nice and caring people still in this world. This is my favorite Dutch Bros. location in the valley. The crew is always so nice and quick and the coffee is excellent. I tend to bounce between Starbucks, Dunkin and Dutch because, let's face it... East Mesa is pretty lacking on the unique coffee shops. read more

I love everything about Dutch bro but don't understand why the long wait no matter what time which store. If this business is so popular maybe the management or owner needs to do more to get the line going. This store is always hustling and doesn't even chit chat forever like some stores so they obviously need something! Another machine maybe. Better organization. Another store in mesa. Idk. I was in the drive thru and the line was long long, but it was the first of the month, so what else to expect? Idk if he noticed I was in my work uniform or what, but the boy who took my order comes running out with my drink, a sticker, a stamp card, and moves the cones so I didn't have to wait through the line. I just got done with having a nerve block in my back and couldn't have any food or drink for 6 hours prior to my procedure. Afterwards we went straight to Dutch Bros for my morning jolt. I don't know the name of the young lady but she was taking our order and noticed my arm where the IV was so we explained what happened and she showed so much empathy and compassion she said my coffee drink was on her.
