Percy is my absolute favorite barista; my drink is always made perfectly and efficiently, and she somehow manages to make me smile every time I pull up. She always knows how to make my day! I was first introduced to Dutch Bros Coffee while attending seminary classes on a short stint in Scottsdale AZ back in 2013. Just made a stop there to get a morning treat on the way - and yes, it was my usual white mocha latte frap!! Just like the same one I ordered at the Bay Meadows location here in JAX around 12 years later! Not much has changed! And in this case, that's a GREAT thing! I was excited to see that Dutch Bros brought the show here to JAX. Certainly hoped it would be as it was from my prior visits years back. Here's some of what I found: 1) Drive through: check 2) Customer order window (if you don't want to use the drive thru): check 3) Some nice outdoor seating in the patio area near the order window: check 4) Excellent fraps!: check 5) Great customer service from the baristas: check!! It was a good day for me! I wandered around grabbing some photos and met an enthusiastic and very courteous barista (Cooper). We chatted a while - told him about my prior experience with Dutch Bros Coffee. I pretty much knew what I wanted but I was, at the same time, getting an opportunity to view the operation inside (There is no inside seating at Dutch Bros, only drive thru or pick up at the order window). Both the exterior and interior of this coffee outlet are clean and appealing to the eyes. Even better yet, I observed an entire staff of baristas going about their work in a very enthusiastic and highly efficient manner! I will say that my white mocha frap was a little sweeter than I'd like but I still could taste the coffee. I know to have the syrup reduced a little next time I visit. I was very impressed overall. And keep up this positive imprint Dutch Bros Coffee! It's great to have your operation here in JAX! As a close-out, Cooper did inform me that Dutch Bros does not have donuts and danishes at this time, but does expect to have them sometime in April 2026. I'm so glad there is a location near me! We went on a Saturday afternoon and the line was quite long but moved. There was a person taking orders down the car line. They were nice and accomodating when I didn't know what I wanted so I had to wait until I saw the menu, it would be nice if the person taking orders down the car line had a menu or QR code for those like me that don't know the menu too well. I ended up ordering a large holiday cookie latte to share with my husband and it was LARGE haha. It didn't really taste like a holiday cookie but I will say I just love the taste of their coffee. I also love that they have kids drinks and put it in a small kids coffee like cup. My daughter ordered a kids cotton candy shake which she LOVED. Overall a good spot and I am just really glad they have a location close by! read more

Drive-thru order and got the Annihilator Chocolate Macadamia Nut Blended freeze for $7.04 including tax. It was very creamy and delicious and worth the value. The service was cheerful from Adeline and they accept credit card or debit to pay as the attendants and can pay cash at the register. The place looks chill to grab your coffee on the go before heading to work or stop by for a refreshing drink on the way home. read more

To discover a Dutch Bros in Jacksonville is a Godsend for this California guy (that's me!). Had to go and get my birthday reward! Located in the Winn Dixie shopping center on Baymeadows across from my favorite Jax Japanese restaurant (more on that in another review for Hiro Restaurant). Just like California, the drive through was busy. I parked and ordered at the walk-up register and unlike California, enjoyed the warm Jacksonville air. Another example of Jax being on the come up. This friday work day is brought to you by Dutch Bros! 3 cheers for large iced coffee that is LEGIT large. Tried the Kicker irish cream iced coffee with oat milk. Coffee itself is smooth and tasty. The irish cream flavor was mild, next time I'll try another flavor (or get extra). Best part was the bumping music both in the drive thru line and inside the coffee shop- seems like a super fun place to work and employees were super upbeat. Love that! read more

I've been hearing about Dutch Bros for what feels like forever, and I finally had the chance to try it! This was my very first visit, and it lived up to the hype. The drive-thru was fairly quick, and the staff were patient and helpful as I navigated through the menu. I ordered the Golden Eagle Blended Freeze, which was delicious! The young lady at the window helped me order the milkshake just how I wanted it... 1/2 of the strawberry syrup and fresh strawberries!! And these were the bomb! The coffee was great I got an americano. It had a nice flavor. They have all different kinds of flavors to choose from. The staff were friendly. The music they blast in the car rider line was so loud with my car windows shut I could not hear my husband talking to me he literally had to scream so I could hear him. I don't know why all these food places think you don't want to hear the person you're with. It's getting to be problem almost everywhere with this abnormally loud music. I ordered my coffee on app to be ready in 5 mins and I arrived 10 mins later. I took a sugar free Annihilator and added additional flavors and opted for decaf. I had to wait in the drive though line for about 10 minutes which is normal, but my drink still wasn't even ready when I got to the window. I couldn't taste the additional flavors and the barista just said "annihilator" when she handed it to me so I don't think the flavors were added and I don't think it was decaf. SUPER SLOW SERVICE, & THEY ASK FOR A TIP! If you're in a hurry for a coffee, this is the last place you're gonna wanna go. I spent over 15 minutes in the drive-through line waiting for a coffee. They don't serve any food at this location only coffee. So waiting 15 minutes for just a coffee when I can wait less time at McDonald's for a meal and a coffee that's a problem. A lot of these restaurants nowadays are trying to follow a Chick-fil-A drive-through model. We're gonna slam as many cars as we can get into two lanes while an attendant walks around and takes your order. Only they have two lanes merge back into one lane compounding the wait situation. My FAVORITE part have the audacity to ask for a tip in the drive-through lane! You don't tip in a drive-through line!! I don't tip at McDonald's; even Chick-fil-A doesn't ask for a tip either. They're a restaurant with the drive-through, just because I talked to a person over a machine doesn't get you a tip. I'm sorry. I would be more apt to tip if my time in the drive-through was less than 5 minutes every time, all the time. As for the taste of the coffee, it's pretty much the same as your Starbucks, but a step above Dunkin' Donuts I will say, but they don't have any food. They don't have any pastries or donut options at least from what I saw on the drive-through menu. So asking for a tip when Dunkin' Donuts doesn't ask for one puts it at a Dunkin' Donuts level coffee place in my opinion. **Overall, I don't think I'll come back here again strictly because you have to wait over 15 minutes just to get a drink that alone does it in? The drinks are amazing. I only went for the first time last weekend but I've been back twice since lol. My only complaint is that the drive thru is so long! They're sooo busy. I don't know if this is because they just opened or if they are just slow but there was only one girl taking orders on Sunday and it was so slow. We spent a half hour in the drive thru and then another 10 min waiting for drinks after. They are delicious though! read more

Amazing first 4 trips but my recent and 5th trip was uneventful as it resulted in me being disrespected from a drive thru worker. Please don't turn into another Starbucks and hold yourself to a higher standard. It's not my fault the employee outside on the tablet didn't select light ice when I announced it. When the drink is remade, do it with integrity and don't let it be worse than the first drink. Do better please! For the love of coffee and sugar read more

Don't open when they are supposed to. Online says they open at 5am but they are never open on time unfortunately even when workers are there
