Breakfast food is a great addition to the menu and the line has stayed so speedy! Love when I get a greeting from the whole crew. Looks and sounds like they are always having fun. The music they have been playing is always upbeat lately too. Emma also is so sweet. Makes my day each time she is out taking orders. read more

I love to start my mornings with energy from both my coffee and the crew! I rarely have to wait long and my drink is always made with love. Their new food items are pretty tasty as well. read more

Service is always cheerful , informative and welcoming . Whatever you're in the mood for tell them and they will suggest similar drinks with or without the extras ! Love it read more

Amazing!!!! The staff was incredible I came in tonight 10/24 at 6pm and ordered 30 kids chocolates for my son's football team. The staff were so wonderful for making that happen! They weren't upset, which a competitor that I went to first was not naming names but sucks. The kids were so excited and loved the hot chocolates! You made there night! Thank you so much to the wonderful staff working! We are Dutch parents for life! read more

We were heading through the PNW (Washington State specifically) and decided to give Dutch Bros a try. We each got a latte. It was decent but not outstanding in anyway especially considering the price. Not bad, but there are many other better options. read more

They gave me the wrong order, then she was confused how it was wrong. I just went ahead and took it, it seemed too complicated for her to just make a new drink. read more

Friendly and fast service always!! Baristas are always smiling and so friendly! Love this location!

Drinks are never really consistent with this Dutch Bros. The other huge thing is line maintenance for these guys is ridiculous. they need to get their line under control and realize that it's more important to get customers in and out than it is to sit and have a conversation read more

I find that this location is always super busy and the line wraps around the parking lot. The wait doesn't bother me because the staff are always friendly. I enjoy going to this location. read more

No matter what time or day, this place has amazing customer service every time! Pro tip for this location: bring an epi pen if allergic to bees. read more

This place makes such good drinks, every time I get one it's always perfect to my liking. Keep it up!!

Overall: I am a Dutch Bros fan. So this review might be slightly bias. But DB has earned my love with the product they offer. And this location does not disappoint. I will be back for sure! Service: We used the drive up window. The staff is ultra attentive and courteous! Our person that took our order had great suggestions to compliment what we ordered, and suggestions on what to try out to see if we liked it. My only gripe is when we got to the window where we were greeted with a great smile, but also a small swarm of bees. At first, I thought that was interesting, then realized that I could get stung. That is something that the manager truly needs to address and get rid of. Food: The coffee is awesome and delicious. The staff made a consistent recipe and tasted just like the ones at other Dutch Bros. I ordered the iced cinnamon roll chai and also the cake batter mocha. Both were very delicious! read more

im very dissatisfied with the employees attitude here lately. The girls show little respect and kindness. The old employees use to be so awesome and I could come with warm welcoming arms. Now it's hard to even say hi. Me and my friends are about done with this location if nothing changes. ive heard this from multiple people and would like to see some changes. also I'm pretty sure they aren't actually adding point into my account when I purchase drinks. thank you read more

This is my favorite location, the staff are always lovely. Like many Dutch bros it can get busy and the wait can be long, but I've never had them mess up an order and they are always as efficient as they can be. read more

Love this Dutch Bros .... although, the lines are always loonnnggg both the drive up and walk up !!!

Awesome coffee shop in Battle Ground. A little hard to spot as it's in a parking lot by the hardware store, but once I spotted it it was obvious. As other reviewers have mentioned, the staff is super friendly. Seems to rub off on the customers. But besides all that, it really shines with the coffee. I didn't think they'd have stevia but they do. I ordered an iced latte with stevia and it was superb. Definitely going again when they open in the morning. They have a few baked items as well as coffee and other drinks. Menu is small but there's a lot there. Lattes are two espresso shots in the small and medium and four shots in the large (for the iced at least). There is a walk-up window and a drive-thru. Service is very fast at the walk-up and I'm assuming at the drive-thru as well. Definitely worth a stop or a regular visit if you live in the area. read more

I was honestly really irritated when I walked up to the window and waited for way too long as I watch 4 girls conversing to the side. They saw we as I waited and I told them I hadn't been helped yet and they just looked across at a girl who was literally stocking the fridge. They waited until she was finished and let her be the one to ring me up. I just thought it was rude. They didn't even acknowledge me when they made eye contact. Did say "hey we'll be with you in a moment" nothing. It's disappointing. But the young lady who did ring me up was extremely nice. read more

I just had the worst experience at this location. I have been a Dutch Bros customer forever and I have never been disappointed like I was today. Both the girls that attended us were just so rude and made both my partner and I feel stupid and just weird not at all the dutch bros experience the worst customer service. I've came at other times of the day and it's never been bad. read more

Don't be deterred by the waiting lines. No matter what time of day, or day of the week, the team here in Battle Ground is usually pretty quick. As with all Dutch Bros locations, the staff are very friendly, and the drinks taste great. read more

Dutch Bros Coffee - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Battle Ground, Washington

First time there! Friendliest coffee barista (if I spelled that right) I've ever met! I'm visiting this state and he welcomed me after seeing my CA license plate on my car. Where I live, there aren't any Dutch Bro coffees anywhere. The next time I visit my family, I will definitely stop by here again for my coffee fix. read more

Dislike their coffee and chai tea brand. Never going back. 5 stars for Starbucks. Yeah, I know, it's a personal preference thing, but if ya don't like it, ya just don't like it - time to move on. read more

Could use better customer service at window they had their backs turned to me almost the whole time I was at the window. They were having side conversations and i noticed she was talking to the cars in front of me. I go to dutch because I love the energy and it just wasn't there this morning. I used to work at dutch for 3 years and that's not how good customer service looks like. read more

We watched an episode of "Undercover Boss" featuring one of the brothers who started Dutch Bros, and decided to give it a try when we were passing Oregon. Our hotel was across the street, we witnessed the continuous long line of cars going through the little shop. Their ordering process was very efficient, however, despite the long line. A girl was standing in the beginning of the line taking our order, she was really helpful and friendly. After a short wait, we drove up to the window and the drinks were offered to us for free as first-time customers. The kids' drinks were decorated with a dab of whip cream on their straws, looked festive and adorable. The drinks were gigantic, perfect for coffee-lovers like us! Everything we watched on the "Undercover Boss" episode came alive in front of us - personable interactions, efficient ordering process, awesome coffee... It's really a place to be, can't wait to find another one! read more

These guys are great here in Battle Ground....they can manage large crowds kindly and efficiently, they charge a decent price for their drinks, and they always leave you with a smile on your face! I was not a fan of Dutch Bros before they came to Battle Ground, but they are knocking it out of the park! read more

Love, love, love Dutch Bros!!! Best chain coffee in town!! I always get the white chocolate mocha freeze. It's perfect every time... All the way to the last drop, unlike other coffee places, where the flavor is only on the top, and halfway thru your drink, you're left with flavorless ice. read more

Dutch Bros Coffee - Jelly Donut Freeze. - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Battle Ground, Washington

Like Dutch Bros. but won't go back to this location. My drink was very poorly made, tasted like 1/2 water. It was a very long wait but the person that helped me was very nice. read more

Worst Dutch Bro's EVER! Sllloooooooooowwwww, and no one pays attention. Always gets orders wrong. The kids here are to busy socializing with each other which really takes away from the Dutch experience. I've been a Dutch Bro's customer for over 20 years and have been to shops in several states.....this one is just not up to snuff. read more

Always enjoy a little dessert coffee and fun staff (former employee here) however BG DB offers an extremely long line and no drip coffee (no drip coffee outside of DutchPass). This could be an easy 5 Star DB, but the drive thru is unfortunately very busy and will make sure you are late for work. read more

I come here for two things, my morning pick me up and contact with amazing, friendly, positive, helpful people! It does not matter who is taking the order you are being taken care of. My drink has only ever been wrong 1 time and it was fixed immediately when I brought it to their attention! The line can be long but I guess that means they are doing something right! I highly recommend getting your favorite rebel and add cherry to it. My Fave is an Electric-berry with cherry!!! So good. read more

I know this Company is a PNW favorite, but it is not for me. This is my 2nd time trying and still not a fan. Got a cold brew and a hazelnut latte. The cold brew tasted severely watered down. Not strong at all. The flavored latte was not too flavorful. Sadly tasted like a plain latte. I really want to like this coffee. But just not happening. The staff was nice and great! But this just doesn't suit me. read more

We recently moved to this area a few months ago, I have never been to a Dutch brothers so we gave it a shot,. Sugar Shack are the best two words to describe this "coffee" place. I truly love coffee and espresso's and if you really like the richness and the different notes of good coffee don't bother going here. The service was great the baristas were very friendly and upbeat, granted I think they're hyped up on either a lot of sugar or a lot of caffeine I'm voting for the sugar. So really if you just want a super sweet coffee like beverage this is your place, especially since the staff is so nice. If you're truly looking for a good espresso or good cup of coffee don't waste your time or your money. read more

Good variety. Like the secret menu options (the grasshopper and nutty irishman are good) and like every other DB I've been to the employees attitudes are awesome! read more

This is one of the SLOWEST Dutch Bros I have ever been to. Most of the time I end up having to back my way out of line because I will end up being late to work. That is not to say they are lacking customer service but literally every other Dutch Bros I have been to is fast and efficient but for some reason this location struggles in that department. I would not suggest going here if you are in a time crunch but if you don't mind waiting 20 minutes for your drink then this is your spot! read more

This was my first time here with my family and I ordered the Kicker Breve. It had a wonderful coffee flavor but very smooth too! The kind barista took one drink off our final order bill as a welcome to our first try of Dutch Bros. The service was quality and quick. I will definitely be returning! read more

I usually don't expect too much in the way of customer service anymore because the world isn't geared that way. Today seemed no different. The second I drove up to the window, someone inside cranks the stereo. I had to repeat my order three times before she heard me and was only about four feet away. On the try she says, "I'm sorry I can't hear you because it's so loud in here." So I respond, "You might be able to hear me if you turn the music down." Not exactly the best mocha they've done either. Maybe it will be better next time.. read more
