This is real smoke and seasoned properly stuff. So good. I had the brisket. Perfect. A nice Smokey taste and the meat fell apart. It was perfectly fatted, not too lean, not too fatty. Perfect. My wife had their Redneck Cuban sandwich. Also so good. The layers of flavor on that nice bun were fantastic. Even the fried bologna was a nice surprise. And the sides. Yay! The collards were flavored with OMG seasoning. So good. The collards were soft, but held up to the sauce perfectly. YUMMERs! The Roadkill Taters were also a treat. I am not potato fan unless they are fried. Damn if I didn't eat this whole thing. A must try. And for a laugh, you will notice Grant Rib City directly across the street. That place was meh.
