I was not disappointed as the staff is so friendly and honest. I was unsure what was making my 2000 Honda Accord so noisy when I brought it in to Automotive Rehab. They got back to me the same day upon inspection and found my car was in need of a new ball joint. They helped me get back on the road quickly, are fair priced and did not try to sell me the unnecessary extras like so many mechanics often do. Also, their Napa guarantee makes me feel safe knowing I have guaranteed parts and replacement anywhere on the road especially in my older vehicle. The shop manager told me that even though I would be paying the same hourly rate as other smaller jobs, he did not want to have his staff do it because it was too hard. He said that he would rather do a bunch of smaller jobs such as brakes and oil changes than one large larger job even though the pay would be the same. This doesn't make any sense to me at all. He indicated that he was too poorly staffed, lacking Talent to complete larger jobs. The manager was engaging and was polite, but at the same time, dogmatic and insulting to a degree. Not recommended, keep on looking for a shop that is not afraid of your car. I wouldn't be surprised if they come on here and try to turn this around and state some positive things about their business in an effort to use it as free, marketing or advertising, but, enter at your own risk. A deer damaged my left front side of by car due to not crossing in a crosswalk. I then took it to Tallmadge Auto/Tire and they told me immediately it was the hub bearings and that Market muffler didn't even tighten the axle nut it was completely off. Mind you Ray the mechanic told me the car was good and ready to drive to south carolina! On top on their incompetence they were rude and dismissive and their mistake could have cost my life or at least catastrophic damage to my vehicle! Never take your car here if you value your life and your money!

I didn't realize it, and drove on it just a mile or so before getting to a place I could put air in it. The next morning, I was trying to find a place that could come tow it or put air in so I could drive it to be fixed, since that service was covered by our insurance. I called McCall's, and the call was sent to voicemail. While I was talking with my brother about the tire over the phone, I got a call back from Bill McCall. I returned the call, and he said they could come put air in it. When Jeff arrived less than 15 minutes later, he surprised me by saying HE would take the car to the shop, leave his truck at my house, and then bring my car back when they were finished. I thought that was pretty awesome, but they topped themselves by bringing it back and saying "no charge"!They also turned the tire around, because it had a noticeable mark on the tire from where I drove it flat. I was blown away!! Where on earth do you get that kind of service these days? So glad I went with a local company. They've been in the same spot for so long, they have to be doing things right or the business wouldn't have lasted. The next day, the same issue appeared with no change. The issue was still there. When I discussed this with the garage, they did not know the problem, they were guess repairing the vehicle and I had to tell them the issue, the part to solve it. Once solved I requested the old fuel pump, they never showed anyone, they had no diagnostics, they didnt have a clue why the problem was there?. When they tried to explain they tested it?, they said they used a headlight and tested electric current, replaced it started the car and it worked? they finally agreed it was an error as they could not argue with logic. When Icalled to get a check returned, they lied, said it was bad, became agitated, argumentive and used a bulling tone. They proceeded to then call my girlfriend since she paid. They WON that battle because she felt intimidated, fearful to speak up. Instead she lost 700 plus dollars for nothing. We decided like the other family and friends, its not the place it was and they can not be trusted with models of cars since 1980 and up.
