When the original contact came through there were no reviews, but I figured I would give them a try. I won't be doing that again. The cleaner was here for barely a few hours and it looked like she skip over areas that seemed "clean enough". For example, I squeegee my shower after I'm done but that isn't cleaning it. After the cleaner left, it was obvious she didn't even touch the shower. I have rugs and carpet in some areas of my home, and they still had dirt on them. I know a couple of thebedrooms were not vacuumed at all. She did a good job on the stove top but that's it.

Jordan got to the house on time and quickly got started. The product is 100% natural which was really important to us being that we have a baby. During his cleaning he showed us the difference between what the carpet used to look like and how it looks after the cleaning and it was a night and day difference. After each room he put a fan on it to help it dry quickly which was helpful so that we could continue normal activity in the house. Jordan paid attention to detail and did a fantastic job! The best carpet cleaning experience we have had and will continue to use them for regular cleanings.

When I tried calling, their voicemail box was full. When I sent an email, I received no response. I was really excited to get someone to help me clean on a weekend, and since my new job is Mon-Fri, weekend availability is all I have right now, and it was almost impossible to find a cleaner in Vegas that had weekend availability. I have ADHD & Autism and I desperately needed some help, and when no one showed up or even tried to contact me, I was so incredibly disappointed. This is absolutely unprofessional, and I hope no one else has to deal with an experience like this.

The second time they scheduled with us, one woman showed up and said she was training. It was a hot day outside so we offered her to sit inside in the AC and wait for the rest of the team to show up. The other team never showed up. I felt bad for the person in training because she drove across town for nothing. I don't know who is responsible for scheduling, but they are terrible at their job. We keep our home pretty clean but the deep cleaning takes time and energy and we had a family party coming up so I wanted a little extra help. The lady who cleaned our home was nice I wish i could remember her name. she showed up with her own supplies and came on time. we did a walk through in the beginning and end. I told her my focus points which were my bathrooms, kitchen, and dusting and wiping down my inside windows. She was transparent with me about one of my showers having mold in the caulking that was difficult to remove and I Understood. I think she did a good job overall but I wouldn't call this a deep cleaning in my opinion. I think if you really want a deep cleaning you need at least 2 people. I think I paid $175 and tipped her $40 as well and I do feel like it was a fair price for the cleaning that was done. I was really hoping baseboards, cabinets, and fridge doors would be wiped down. She did a good job in my bathrooms and oven was clean inside as well but not my microwave. Don't expect them to sweep or vacuumed under furniture tho. I would hire again but maybe 2 people next time for it to be extra clean.
