Let me just say, she cleans in areas that I didn't even know I had! I knew that getting a "deep clean" meant a thorough cleaning but it seems like I could eat directly off of every single surface in my house (even the shoe shelf was immaculate). I had issues with my payment going through electronically and she was so patient with me. She stays on top of it (I can tell she is very organized) but was very understanding of the tech challenges I was having. We couldn't recommend Monica enough!

When we arrived at the destination, they asked me how I wanted the furniture arranged and made sure to carefully stack the remaining boxes where I wanted them placed. Unfortunately I had a terrible experience with this company. I was told I would get a bigger…read moretruck. They couldn't get much in this one hardly at all. I told them just my heavy stuff and they left half of it at my home. When we got to the new place I have a mattress that got stuck on the truck latch and tore a 2 foot hole underneath. It doesn't show but it was a $1000 mattress. All that being said the part I felt uncomfortable about was when the first mover arrived early we talked a little bit and said if your tipping us we prefer cash. First I paid almost $800. I didn't know that I had to pay a tip too. I did because I felt pressured to. But I felt it was extremely rude. This was back in March. I thought it would save me a lot of headache but I was still moving my stuff until the end of March. It was an experience that I will never do again. I wanted to like this company but I just didn't. Sorry!

Avoid Elite Affordable Movers at all costs. All of the items moved were stolen and they will not…read morereturn calls, texts, or emails. My boyfriend hired Elite Affordable Movers to move items in June 2025.  They were to move and store them.  I was there, and they were not gentle with his belongings.  When it came time to request the items moved to the new residence, his family raised the money to surprise my boyfriend and his children and have his new house set up for Christmas 2025.  When they arrived, all the items on the truck were not his. Elite stopped communicating after that.   He and his family are out the initial amount paid for moving and storage, monthly storage fees, and the move fee from December 2025.   He has since been diagnosed with cancer again, and this stresses him to no end.  His childrens' firsts are missing, his grandfather's paintings, and numerous other one-of-a-kind items.  He should be more worried about treatment than fighting for his belongings. Police and attorneys are now involved. We just want his items returned. I will gladly update this review when items have been returned or there has been some kind of resolution.
