They've shown us so much understanding and compassion, even during times when I've needed a bit of flexibility with payments--something I genuinely appreciate. What matters most to me is how my child feels, and they absolutely light up when they're at the gym. They feel safe, encouraged, and confident, and I've watched them grow not just as a gymnast, but as a person. We are deeply grateful for the kindness and community we've found here.

And the facts are that I took my daughter to another gym in that gym recognized her talent the first day in advanced her three levels from galactic recommendations. Galactic gymnastics just wanted the beginners level tuition money was holding my daughter back not even advancing her to intermediate holding her back again and galactics excuse on my Yelp comment was we have a competitive team but it was full I was never told that they had a competitive team all I ever saw was underage teenage coaches teaching these kids the same thing everyday for 2 months my daughter did not advance whatsoever at galactic gymnastics. My daughter has been at a new gym for 3 weeks now and has her back handspring. Hands down the truth... My daughter is 5 years old and can do a roundoff back handspring because I switched them if you are serious about your child being a gymnast galactic is not your gym they hold you back to get more money in my opinion and they don't have the coaching to advance the children further

Best daycare in Viera!…read more We've been to Viera Children's Academy, Rockledge Montessori, Cross Bridge Learning Center, and Global Learning, so trust me when I say this is the best one, hands down! Lots of reading, art, and playing for all of the kids. Also lots of attention - they really get to know your children and it shows. The staff is top notch. They not only get to know your kids but also the parents! The director is amazing - very sharp and quick to take action. The facility is beautiful but was very cheaply build and is falling apart, kids are PACKED into classrooms (22 two year olds with just two teachers all stuffed into one room), and the teachers are inexperienced, overworked, and overwhelmed. They post a lot on social media but it's all a show; for example last Christmas the kids made gingerbread houses and the director of education then took them apart and rebuild them to look nicer on Facebook. It's all a façade.

(later costing me $15 for one single class...) and i decided the place was not for me. instructor doesn't go slower or explain any movements to new guests or clients and just expects you to know what's going on and how to follow along. called back a few days later and explained it wasn't going to be for me and i wanted to cancel my 3 / 36 offer. this was on last week of thursday and i have yet to hear back from a manager when i was told twice she would be calling me back. not only that but i woke up with a. $15 charge taken from my account, i've called the up most of 10 times and they keep denying / hanging up on my call. customer service has been pretty awful and now im charged almost half of an "offer" price that i didn't even redeem and cancelled properly with enough time. managers don't seem to care and im being charged when i haven't utilized the offer. super disappointed and not happy and for sure, will not be returning now.
