I am a 79 yr. old widow who a couple days ago called Elite Plumbing for a water in the basement…read moreproblem and was told the service would be $170. - $200. I think Travis was the name of the worker who came. He found that my basement wall was leaking and that he couldn't help me with that. I told him I wanted him to go ahead and snake out the sewer so I would not be concerned about it being plugged later on and he was already here anyway. I didn't want to have to pay for another service call. He snaked it out and got half of a 2 gal. bucket of tree roots out. I think he had been told not to snake the sewer because when he was cleaning up the mess Bret his boss showed up and Travis said she said she wanted it done. I had mentioned to Bret that while I also wanted to know how much it would cost for the faucet for my shower to be fixed because it was very hard to pull out to turn the water on and I was afraid I would end up breaking it and have water going all over the place. While I was getting ready to make out the check for the $245. they were charging me ,Bret asked if I wanted him to check out the shower faucet to and I said yes. He asked if I already had the check made out, I told him I could do a new one . He checked it out and said they would have to put a new cartridge in it and that the cartridge cost $100. and so the cost would be $250. I told him well I really needed it fixed so go ahead and do it. My total charge was $483. +some change. After they left I went to the bathroom to see how the new faucet worked and was so disappointed at the mess they had left. My bath brush looked like it had purposely had sewer sludge loaded into it, it was totally ruined and laying in the tub. The bath mat an the tub had the same sewer sludge on them. A man that was rebuilding some outside steps for me ask me how the plumbing job went. When I told him what I was charged he couldn't believe it. I told him about the 2 separate jobs and their cost. He said that the cartridge only costs $20 at the hardware store and it only took them about 5 minutes to change it. I really do feel like Bret scammed me because I am an elderly widow who lives alone. I have not confronted him because I hate strife, but know for a fact that he condemned his own soul to the judgment of hell for a couple hundred dollars. That tells me that he don't even think much of himself. I believe Travis would have been an honest man if it had not been he was afraid he'd lose his job for it. give a 2 star rating only because Travis did snake the sewer and cleaned up his mess but would give only a1 rating if I was rating just Bret. I was prepared to give a 5 star rating before Bret came along and things went the way they did.

Our experience with this company was amazing. We called in…read morethe morning to see if they could clear a drain which another company couldn't (they other folks even broke off a tip in the drain making it worse) They were able to get us served the same day. Our technician showed up in a nice uniform, they took great care to keep any mess in and around the drain, all of our floors and carpets stayed clean. The tool they use to clean broke twice, a supervisor came out with a replacement machine, and both of them stayed till the job was done (past dinner time) They charged for a single hour of work, apologetically telling us the equipment failure was not our issue. Both of these fellas were professional with their appearance, language, work, and bearing; I was utterly impressed. You may be able to find a cheaper drain cleaner in the area, but I've used a few in the past; none of them came anywhere close to the level of appearance, service, and customer care as Dale (the tech) and Pervis (his supervisor) They will take care of you at a fair price, answering your call the first time, staying till the job is done correctly no matter the cost to them. We are a new lifetime customer of Snake N Rooter.

I don't know what has happened but I have had the worst experience this time and just want to warn folks!! Tech came out last week for 2 drains that were backing up in a basement level apartment. Replaced things in both drains but apparently never thought to check the main drain. Now I'm no plumber but common since tells me in this situation to be sure to check that. Now my tenant has been waiting over 24 hours for them to come back out. They are saying that a Tech came out and knocked and knocked on the door with no answer. Any time there has been an issue like this they have called me as the property manager. Did they this time? Nope nothing! They knew that I have been in touch multiple times they have my number as they have called me during this ordeal as well. They knew that there is now sewage coming into the apartment. They know it is a serious issue. Yet they do not bother to call! I could have been there in 5 min to open the door but my tenant was even home all evening and never heard a knock. All I would have had to do was call them. They did find a sticker on the ground after I asked them to go look for one. So completely disappointed in the change with this company. I would recommend finding someone else if thinking of using them!!

Paid $240 Upfront and the Job Is Still Not Finished…read more I hired Razo's Plumbing to replace an outside faucet while new siding was being installed on my house. The plumber came out and explained that he could not install the new faucet at that time because of the siding work. He removed the old faucet and told me he would come back to install the replacement. I paid $240 upfront for the job. Once I had the new 1/2-inch MIP faucet ready, I contacted him and sent him a picture. He told me, "I can stop by this Friday." Friday came and he did not show up. Since then, I have repeatedly texted asking when he is coming back. My messages have gone unanswered. It has now been two weeks, the job I paid for is still unfinished, and I am left trying to chase down the plumber just to get a response. I understand that schedules change. What I do not understand is taking full payment upfront, promising to return, not showing up, and then ignoring repeated messages from a customer. I have screenshots of the communication showing the promised return date and my multiple attempts to follow up. At this point, I simply want the job I paid $240 for completed or my money refunded. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Razo's Plumbing
