Yuck! Jason worked long hours to find and fix the problem, which included fixing some initial issues until it revealed the underlying major issue in the plumbing system. We had a similar problem 18 months ago and thought we had fixed it but because the previous plumber didn't pursue the issue down to the root cause, our overflow reoccurred. When invoicing came, he only charged us for the initial estimate and said his interest was in getting it fixed right and he would stand by that charge even though he went farther in the services provided. We decided to pay him more for the services and diligence in getting to the underlying cause, so we won't have this happen again. They came out, cleaned out the filters for both in about an hour and cleaned the single line for each. Water flew out of each sink like they were brand new.
