I have seen other tow companies who's employees are out there with brooms and shovels cleaning up the trash. That high speed chase that happened on copper street is a prime example. 4 seasons just left after getting the truck and the guy in the yellow truck spent 45 minutes cleaning all the trash. As a neighbor who proudly rubbernecks, I could see that it was mainly plastic he was picking up yet the silver SUV didn't look like it was missing much of it.
